This customer, we went ahead and replaced the kitchen sink faucet for a glacier bay to a Moen Adler faucet and brush, nickel rather than chrome installed two brand new service top valves underneath the sink, hot and cold, but with quarter turn, threaded shut off valves so in the future, they can be threaded off And new ones can be put back on with ease, in addition to that, we also replaced the pressure reducing valve and the main shut off valve to the home went with a quarter turn ball valve and a new white 25AUBPRB shined up the copper and once the insulation was complete, there are no leaks

Laundry drain backing up upon arrival. Customer stated they noticed the laundry drain leaking because it was overflowing when the machine would drain. Informed customer we could run our 25 ft cable through the drain to attempt to clear the blockage. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Ran both 25 ft cables down the line to clear the blockage. After running cables filled laundry machine up multiple times and let it drain. The drain no longer backed up. Informed customer if this happened again we could replace the drain line with pvc

Recommend replacing 13 multi turn valves. 5 stop valves in upstairs master restroom, 3 upstairs guest restroom, 3 basement restroom. Also need to replace the 2 stop valves for basement laundry sink. Washing machine valves are multi turn valves without hammer arrestor. Gas valve are old and recommend replacing with new gas cocks.

Toilet leaking upon arrival. Customer stated the have a leak coming from one toilet and the other gurgles when flushed. After looking at the leaking toilet found it not properly set and leaking from the tank to bowl kit. Informed customer we could replace the tank to bowl kit, pull and reset it with a new wax ring and Johnny bolts to fix all the issues with that toilet. With the gurgling toilet informed customer we could attempt to clear the with our toilet auger but there was no guarantees. Gave customer estimate for all work, customer approved estimate. Pulled and reset leaking toilet with new wax ring and installed new 2 inch flush valve with all new washers and bolts. Toilet is no longer leaking. Attempted to clear what was causing the other toilet to gurgle, after running auger toilet was still acting the same. Informed customer in order to figure out the issue we would need to pull the toilet. Customer did not want to pull the toilet since it would still flush. Toilet upstairs is

Hose Bibb replacement This CUSTOMER to replace the hose bib on the side of the house where the garage is the customer wanted the hose bib to extend a little bit past the wall so we went with the boiler drain style hose bib and for the work that we have completed today. There was already a pre-existing shut off valve on the dedicated line so no need to turn off the water to the whole home in addition to that Install the brand new hose bib silicone. The whole semi crater would get in. It comes on as white, but it is clear the customer wanted it this way so they don’t have a hard time trying to turn it on and off so it made a little bit more accessible for them once complete. There are no leaks in the customer is all set to enjoy their new hose bib. The water heater is a little Recommended to get that replaced. The water heater is from two 11 Recommend to install a booster pump to the water heater because the customer states it takes a lot longer for hot water to reach the master bathroo

Quoted gas line work today

Pressure low on hot side in one shower. After turning water on informed customer cartridge had gone bad and would need to be replaced. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Installed new Moen cartridge and cleaned inside of shower valve. Shower now has full pressure on the hot side. Shower is working properly and no leaks upon departure

For this customer I recommend to replace the faucet with a better brand named one, following that, the water pressure was low and the shut off valve was old so therefore I recommend to replace it, following that the service stops were shark bites, and I also recommended to replace the heater rather than repair due to the fact of everything that was wrong with it

For the job, I replaced a 40 gallon electric water heater in the utility closet in the backyard. The previous water heater was from 2012 indicating a tank failure from the upper and lower element due to the age. I recommended the replacement for a swap for a 40 to a 40. Install the brand new thermal expansion tank with a bracket along with all brand new copper piping and new pan following that I had to re-pipe the temperature and pressure relief line brand new cpvc, in addition to that install a brand new full port ball valve for the cold inlet side, and made sure all my joints were pressed correctly turned on the power. Once the water heater was completely full ran water through the temperature pressure relief line to make sure that there are no leaks once installed. There are no leaks on the unit and the customer is all set.

Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. After running snake the cable was continuously binding up and could not clear the cast iron line. Informed customer we weren’t going to be able to clear the line but we could replace that last bit of cast iron with pvc and add a new p trap and washing machine box. Customer is going to have provision out first to open the wall and floor and once they open up the area the customer is going to call back and get on schedule. Customer stated toilet in basement area was leaking after doing an investigation. We found to be an emancipating toilet on a pump. Informed customer that internal fill vavle had failed and or check valve had failed. We checked pressure and found pressure to be extremely high. Customer understands that Prv needs to be replaced and toilet however customer does not want to replace toilet at this time

Customer called out because heater would not relight however, upon arrival heater was working as intended, however, we did notice multiple code violations with heater. Also heater is in a really bad spot crawlspace, des flood, which might be causing pilot light to shut off. Recommend either moving water heater or installing tankless. Customer understands options.

Replaced a old 1/2 hp disposal, upgraded to 3/4 hp disposal insinkerator

Customer had leak coming from ceiling. Cut ceiling and found 3/4 copper leaking on tee. Gave options to repair copper line. Also replaced ball cartridge with seats and springs. After getting water back on from copper leak. Tested pressure found pressure to be high. Replaced PRV with main valve to get pressure to correct pressure. After replacements, checked for leaks and proper function.

We did major tank rebuild today with new tank to bowl bolts , new flush valve , new fill valve , new chrome tank handle , replaced hot side cartridge for same bathroom American standard faucet .

In the downstairs bathroom behind the vanity, we will go carefully cut minimal sheet rock through replace the existing lead trap arm with new PVC piping. During the process, we will use drain cleaning equipment to clear the slow draining line. Please note repair of sheet rock is beyond the scope of work and customers responsibility to have it repaired. Please also note while we will make every attempt to clear drain we cannot guarantee we will be able to clear the drain .once complete we will thoroughly test for proper drainage and to ensure a leak free outcome. Perform work mentioned above replaced pop-up assembly as well. Thoroughly tested all work and ensure drain to be working as intended. All work is complete completed and tested.

Ran jetter to clear blockage at 90 ft

Returned to run jetter from roof stack. Ran jetter and k400 multiple times. Blockage cleared and was able to run water for 15-20 minutes. Line is no longer backing up. Ran camera out to clean out and the line is clear. Line is flowing properly and no issues upon departure

Customer still heard knocking noises after fixing the pressure on the previous visit. The sound only occurs on startup for washing machine when it comes into the machine in short bursts, or when the tub is turned on and off quickly. Every exposed pipe in the crawlspace that can be strapped has been strapped. Noise is still intermittently occurring. Informed customer that it isn’t a safety issue and any other potential fixes for it may not yield definitive results.

CUSTOMER, we did a few things at the residence. We replaced the three angle stops underneath the kitchen sink solely for the fact that there were shark bites underneath the sink and I recommended we replaced those with either compression and or pro press connections so that is exactly what we did installed a half inch tea Followed by two pro press angle stops and for the cold side as well. Just one singular angle stop then we moved into the laundry room in the garage and snaked the drain line for the standpipe by running water in the laundry sink. We also went ahead and replaced the laundry sink faucet along with the angle stops and supply lines. We also went ahead with a PVC drain replacement inch and a half once complete. There are no leaks in the customer is all set to use their washing machine and the laundry sink.
