Customer had a faucet leaking from handle in the kitchen as well as a leaking side sprayer. Faucet is over 10 years old and replacement is recommended. Customer also had a dishwasher to be installed. Informed customer we don’t do dishwasher installs, but checked the plumbing below to make sure that the stop and drain hookup was under sink and up to code. Checked house pressure in a safe range at 65 psi. Customer declined quote for a faucet replacement as a handyman will be asked to install the faucet when he replaces the dishwasher.

Came out today to perform the previously quoted cast iron repipe for clients 2 bathrooms in the home. Day 1 we did the back bathroom which was the problem bathroom. Got all the old cast iron dropped, then started running the new pvc drain lines to the 3 fixtures and vent, supported by plastic pipe straps. Pulled the toilet and replaced the flange, and we replaced the tee upstairs for the lavatory with a new ptrap. Sat the toilet back down then tested all work for front bathroom. All work was flowing as it should be with no leaks. Day 2 we did the exact same thing for the front bathroom as the back. Dropped all the old cast iron, then ran the drains similar to how they were originally, EXCEPT, instead of that front bathroom running all the way to back of home to tie in, we tied it into the 4” PVC main directly below that front bathroom with a 4”x3” combo fitting. Once all work was done, we put toilet down on new flange, and tested all our work. Everything is flowing as it should with

Customer was having issue with upstairs toilet. Fill valve not functioning properly and 3 inch flapper chain was getting caught as well as air bubbles developing in seal. Minor tank rebuild for toilet. Tested all connections and functionality.

We returned today to repair the previously quoted kitchen drain waste arm repair. Reliable restoration did the kitchen cabinet demo, so pipe was exposed. We tied onto the existing vent thru the roof with a 2” no hub band, then ran the new waste arm and new tee in pvc down into the crawlspace and tied it back to the pvc main. We put a cap on the new waste arm pending cabinet put back. 1 yr warranty on this repair.

Call arrival. Customer stated there was an odor coming from the basement and guest bathroom upstairs. I looked in basement Saul customer had a sewage ejection pump, inform customer that smell could be coming from there due to the lid not being sealed all the way. I could not see any reason why the smell would have been coming from the guest bathroom. I informed the customer when we are not able to see why they are having issues with the sewer smell that we have to do a smoke test to see where the leak is coming from. Gave customer estimate to do a smoke test. Customer did not approve the estimate. Customer stated that it happened randomly and that she would give us a call if it continues to happen or get worse.

Aster bathroom right side faucet leaking out of handle and dripping out of spout. Replaced hot and cold cartridges and seats and springs. Flush tankless water heater. Rebuilt toilet in upstairs back bathroom. No further issue at this time. Customer had possible leak occurring under hall bathroom. Already had drywall opened. A water from every single fixture at the same time in the bathroom, no sign of leak anywhere. Approx location of leak lines up with cast iron wet vent going through roof. Signs of water marks on wood around the vent stack. Recommended checking it during a storm. No further issue at this time.
Five star overall, Brylen came out to repair hole in cast iron kitchen sink drain and he suggested also clearing up under sink drain lines, which was done. Looks great! He and the helper cleaned everything up and he presented me with the invoice. Five star overall Five star quality Don’t know about price, I’m not a plumber and I didn’t get other quotes. The office and I had a problem but I think that has been taken care of. The technician needs to be able to print the invoice rather than me trying to read it off an iPad, even on a cloudy day.

Client called us out today due to the old cast iron kitchen sink drain leaking from the ptrap which was located in the basement area below. The whole drain system is still cast iron and the way the kitchen was tied in was not correct. We cut the 3”x2” cast iron tee out and a little section of pipe. After doing that, noticed the old piping was all coated on the inside with corrosion and gunk from over the years. I grabbed my small ridgid flexshaft and cleared all that out that I could see from above the pipe. Sprayed water down, and washed it out as well. Replaced with new pvc 3”x2” sanitary tee and 2 no hub couplings to adapt to the cast iron. We drilled new 2” hole through the kitchen cabinet for the new 2” kitchen drain. Completely reworked the drainage pipe under the sink, added a new tee and added a new studor vent under the sink as well, even though I did tie the old vent back in to the main. Once all connections were made we let glue set up for 15 mins while we cleaned up. Ran a

I returned today because customer is still having height pressure issues. Informed the customer we would have to go to the next step of replacing the thermal expansion tank. Gave customer estimate. Customer approved estimate. I took the old thermal expansion tank out and installed the new one with a mounting bracket. I also add a hose bib in the crawl space to check the pressure coming in from the street due to them not having a hose bib before the orb in the home. I tested the system and system is working properly with no leaks or issues. The next step if the pressure keeps reading that high would to be to replace the flo by moen.
Travis was knowledgeable, helpful, and went over all my options. I really appreciate the time and explanations. Wonderful technician!

Found disposal was jammed and not draining. Found toilet in the hall bath flapper has become waterlogged and was not staying open long enough to give the toilet a proper flush. gave the homeowner multiple solutions. She decided to go with un jamming the disposal and doing a minor rebuild on the toilet at this time. Homer had a very corroded straight stop for the toilet that she did not want to get replaced at this time. was able to unjam disposal and replaced fill valve and flapper on the toilet. Tested with no leaks or failures at this time.

Homeowner was having a leak show up on the floor behind the washing machine. homeowner had access due to previous repairs. opened up the access and ran the washing machine upwards of 10 times on a rinse and spin cycle. got no leaks from the drain. did find water in the pan for the washing machine. Found a leak on the drain outlet for the washing machine. at this time it seems like the leak on the floor was coming from the leak at the washing machine accumulating and they’re being a possible crack in the pan. homeowner will need to have an appliance technician properly diagnosed the issue with the washing machine machine.

Great service !

Customers back hospit had become seized to hose and was not holding back water anymore. Gave options and did basic hose bib replacement. Hydraulic cement around area chipped out to make room for spigot.

Client called us out today to investigate an ongoing sewer drain issue for one of the bathrooms in the home. We ran camera down the roof vent, and found the vent is clear, and there seems to be heavy buildup and corrosion in the cast iron pipes. Left estimates to address those issues. Estimates good for 30 days.

Upon arrival, customer explained drain was leaking and had already removed portion of drain, including pop up assembly and p-trap. Checked pressure, thermal expansion tank, and water heater in home. Replaced pop-up assembly. When testing found that laboratory faucet was leaking underneath as well. Replaced 4 inch lavatory spread faucet and tested for leaks.

Customer had a leak in the crawlspace coming from a drain separation where the drain connects to the waste and overflow of the tub. Also noted to customer that the water heater was 16 years old and needed replacement. Replaced the water heater with a new Rheem 50 gas, shutoff, pan, and thermal expansion tank. Replaced the leaking cast with new pvc. Connected to the 45 coming off the 3x2 tee on the cast and reconnected to the existing cap waste and overflow. Made a not that there appeared to be condensate on the bottom of the tub drain, it didn’t appear to be a drain leak. Left quote to replace the waste and overflow in the event there’s any issues with it due to the age. Tested all work to ensure proper functioning and no leaks. None were found. House pressure at 75 psi with new thermal expansion tank.

Completed estimate.
Client called us out today due to both upstairs bathroom showers leaking when the shower head was run. They are back to back and the master is an all tile shower, backed up to the 1 piece fiberglass tub/shower for the hall bathroom. To replace that hall bath shower valve, we would have to remove the fiberglass shower as it is all 1 piece, then replace the shower valve, then either install new fiberglass tub/shower, or client could do something different like tile through a different contractor at their expense of course. Left estimate to perform that work with client. Today we cut the Sheetrock in the hallway closet behind the master bathroom shower valve, and replaced the leaking valve with new delta single handle shower valve and replaced all the cpvc piping for the old valve with new Pex a water pipe and fittings. The old valve had the water lines crossed, so we flipped them back how they should be. Screwed the new shower valve and new drop ear 90 for the shower head to pieces of

Installed new 50 gallon gas water heater. Tested to ensure proper function. Instructed homeowner on how to shut it off in emergencies and how to adjust the temperature to his preferences.

Homeowner had a slow lavatory drain as well as a single handle shower cartridge that was not regulating temperature properly. homeowner had purchased new Delta foundation shower valve and trim. gave the price to run the flex shaft in the lavatory drain as well as a price to replace just the existing cartridge and replacing the whole shower valve with customer supplied valve and trim. homeowner agreed on the price to run the drain cleaning equipment and replace the cartridge. Ran the flex shaft and was able to de-scale the drain tested with no failures at this time. found cartridge had heavy amounts of calcium buildup. replaced with new Moen posi temp cartridge. when testing, heavy amounts of debris made it to the showerhead, causing almost a complete clog. had to remove showerhead and clean calcium deposits. The lavatory faucet also got a lot of debris in the aerator. Removed aerator and cleaned debris. after all of the calcium buildup and debris was removed tested fixtures with no fai
Matthew came out to flush out my tankless water heater yesterday. Can't say enough good things about his service - passionate about what he does, friendly, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Matthew also took a look at a couple of other items that I had questions about and left me with some thoughtful insight about additional preventive work we need to consider. Juan from Chen Plumbing did a great job installing a new water heater and fixing the shut off valve for our front faucet. He was very pleasant, communicated well, made sure we were satisfied with his work, and patiently answered any questions we had. There were a few challenges with our existing set up but he handled them efficiently and professionally.
