We replaced a kitchen faucet customer supplied and new p trap with drain cleaning today

Mainline blockage affecting old building. Pulled toilet, couldn’t get snake down past a double wye. Made access through the floor drain. Snaked out the soft tissue blockage. Cleared blockage and restored flow. Blockage occurred in old backpitched section of cast iron pipe under the slab. This is not the first time this has happened. Notified onsite management to let us come back to scope line and provide quote to give permanent fix in the future. All systems draining at this time. No warranty on drain cleaning services.

Water service leak upon arrival. Customer stated he had the county come out and they shut the valve off inside and meter was still spinning. Gave customer estimate to replace galvanized water service. Customer approved estimate. Installed new water service with new ball valve inside box after meter. Left 2 3” pieces of pipe inside ground for inspection. Meter is no longer spinning. Tested system, system is working with no leaks or issues.

Excavated outside to uncover sewage ejection pump and basin. Pump had died and needed to be replaced. Outdoor alarm system installed with risers for basin and check valve.

For this job, I worked on installing and providing 1/2 hp garbage disposal.

Customer request a toilet rebuild instead of replacement. Rebuilt customer’s internals for toilet. This includes trip lever, fill valve, flapper, and water supply line. First flapper wasn’t sealing properly in the flush valve. Installed an adjusting flapper and got the proper seal. Showed customer the galvanized stop for the toilet, the tank to bowl gasket, and tank to bowl bolts. Explained what to keep an eye for as age increases and condition worsens. Customer would like to hold off on any additional work at this time and understands future work that might need to be done if anything starts to leak.

Replaced the stop valve and installed a new toilet in the upstairs hallway bathroom. Upgraded the gas line to the outdoor grill with a flexible stainless steel connection, ensuring safe and efficient gas flow. These improvements enhance both the bathroom’s functionality and outdoor grilling experience, providing reliability and safety for the homeowner.

Replaced 10 feet 3” cast iron pipe for kitchen and new trap for dishwasher, replaced 8 feet copper gas line to trac pipe for water heater with new shut off valve

Shut off the water supply and drain the potable water system. Use an extended ladder to access waterlines in the unfinished basement for installing a new icemaker line. Cut into the ¾" cold water line and run ½" line beneath the refrigerator. Secure new piping to the icemaker box and fasten it to the studs. Cap off the old dishwasher line. Replace the cast-iron drain line with PVC and reroute it to the sewage pump. Cap the old discharge line, reconnect the cast-iron vent, test thoroughly, install a new valve box, replace the fill valve, and unjam the garbage disposal.

Cleared a clogged shower drain using a drain snake to break up and remove debris blocking the pipe. Disassembled the drain cover to access the blockage, then inserted the snake and carefully navigated through the piping. Extracted buildup and tested the drain flow to ensure water was moving smoothly. After clearing the obstruction, reassembled the drain and checked for any residual slow drainage. Verified that the shower drain was fully operational and draining efficiently without backups.

For this job, I worked on installing a 1/2 water supply line for basement fridge and added a shut off for it.

Ran snake through tub to clear stoppage

I was called to a home to unclog a toilet. I used a toilet snake and camera to find the blockage. I then used a drain snake to clear the drain. The toilet is working properly again.

Cleared drain by running a snake through clean out, rebuilt a toilet with a new fill valve, flapper, and supply line.
