Downstairs powder room toilet leaking from base when flushed. Received approval to pull/reset toilet. Pulled toilet and found flange was broken with very rusty repair flange spacers. Flange was also recessed into floor. Received approval to repair flange. Installed flange spacer and secured into foundation. Set toilet with new bolts and wax ring. Caulked base. Tested to ensure no further issue. 90 day warranty.

He could have said he needed to do a bunch of costly inspecting but instead, gave me the number of a restoration company that could solve to problem better. I liked that he was honest about it while still being polite. They will definitely be my first call the next time I have a plumbing need.
