For this customer, they have a glacier Bay shower cartridge in the one of the bathrooms and in order for us to get the right part and install the right part we have to order it so therefore that is exactly what we are going to do and install the new one for the time being the glacier Bay shower valve has internal shut off valve so I recommended we go ahead and just Turn the shower valves off so no water is being wasted and that is the CUSTOMER said it was OK with that so that’s what we did the furthermore once that was complete. We will come back to install the new cartridge and no more drips should occur at this time. The water pressure is normal. Water meter spinning slowly with main water valve off at home , quoted a water line replacement job today .

Customer called us out for high water bill showing 55,900 gallons of usage. Performed full evaluation found toilet continuously running due to failed fill valve. Also observed leaking hosebib signs of high water pressure. Tested system pressure at 110 psi which is above safe limits. Advised customer on replacement of PRV. Also, while on site, we noticed water heater to be 16 years old, which is past service life, recommended replacing. Customer approved water heater replacement furnished and installed new 50 gallon water heater. We brought the system up to code, including an updated venting, installed water shut off dedicated to water heater and installed a thermal expansion tank. System tested. All work is operating properly and leak free at this time. Warranty: applies to work perform and install components only. No warranty existing system conditions and/or piping.

Customer stated that old tank style heater went out and wanted estimate to replace with a tankless. Gave customer estimate for two different types of tankless and also went over all the information for tankless.

Customer called us out for no hot water, after doing our initial evaluation, we determine that either the elements or the thermostat was bad on heater informed customer that we could fully rebuild unit but unit was to the age of replacement anyway customer agreed on replacement of water heater. Water leak in yard upon arrival. Customer stated he shut the water off to the whole house and the meter was still spinning. After isolating the water to just the front yard found no water coming out of the ground. I dug up at the meter and found a blue poly line. Informed customer we could replace the entire line. Gave customer estimate, customer declined

This customer they installed the faucet however they cannot get the pop-up assembly to be replaced. That’s all he needed done is the pop-up assembly so therefore that is exactly what I did. It’s all a brand new pop-up assembly supply by the homeowner and got it installed once completed. There are no leaks. Installed a new putty around the flange installed the new part and the customers all set to use his water. Took a video of the water draining out to ensure that it’s leak free and there’s no further issues with that water pressure is at 70 psi and his water heater is two years old.

Garbage disposal is leaking. Customer wants to fix on their own.

Customer had water leaking from a new sink last Friday. Customer shared video of the incident that is attached to the ticket. In the video it appeared that the water was coming from the sink strainer. With the customers permission I put a large quantity of water in the sink and let it sit to test the strainer. No water leaked through. Dropped the water through the drain and saw no leaking. Uploaded video of test to show leak results. Noted to customer that the caulking seal at the top of the sink seemed incomplete. The water was filled all the way 8n the sink and that was the likely leak point. Customer had concerns for any water least under the cabinet or floor and wanted it to be looked at. I had Provision reach out to the customer to schedule a free inspection. Left quote for a new water heater because the existing heater is over 10 years old and replacement is recommended after 10 years.

Replace needle valve for refrigerator Shut water off to home and replaced needle shut off valve for refrigerator line. Turn water back on and tested. No leaks were present at this time. Also recommend replacing thermal expansion tank. Will send estimate to do so.

Checked back up problem , house is on septic , we snaked , cleared blockage , but appears to be problem with septic tank or Fieldline , no warranty , we gave quote to open the tank and install a riser next time if back up again No charge today as courtesy since we did some repair with pipe not long ago.

For the customer they have a leak Coming from the ceiling in the garage, what I recommend is to cut the drywall to find the source of the leak, the homeowner already turned off the water to home as a precious. So therefore we cut a rectangle in the drywall to find the source of the leak. However once I cut the drywall, I couldn’t find any water line pipes in the area I cut or around the the area. We had some pretty bad weather here with the snow & the ice so I believe it has to do with the roof rather than the plumbing. The water pressure read at 110 psi and I recommend to get the Prv replacement as it is not recommended to have the pressure about 80 in the state of Georgia. At this time we didn’t locate a water line that was leaking in the garage.

Stop valve on polybutylene line blew off and flooded kitchen. House is vacant. Customer elected to just replace the one valve even though other valves under sink are same incorrect compression style on polybutylene. Replace stop valve and ensured no leaks. Water pressure tested at 100 psi. Left quote for regulator replacement but will take cutting drywall or removing water heater to access the PRV. Toilet in hall bathroom making loud noise from fill valve. Left quote to rebuild toilet. House is a slab home that has been partially repipe but there is still a lot of polybutylene lines running under the slab. Left quote to repipe the whole house. Left water off at meter at home owners request so she does t have to keep the house heated while it is vacant.

Flushometer randomly leaking from the housing after sitting idle for a few minutes. Customer elected to replace it. Replaced the entire Flushometer down to the spud. Did not replace the stop valve as that would require a building shut down. Tested multiple times and took video showing replaced unit with no leaks and operating normally.

Call for water heater leaking out top of unit. Removed old water heater and replaced with a new 40 gallon short water heater. Installed new expansion tank and mounting bracket. Space constraints did not allow for a drip pan. Shut off valve functioning fine and was left in place. Reinstalled gas and pressurized unit. I also replaced the prv as a military appreciation gesture. I am also leaving an estimate to install a new ejection pump in the laundry room to replace the current pump.

Client called us out today due to their main water service line leaking beneath the driveway. It would be a large mess to reroute it around the side of the house and in to where it’s tied in. Therefore, it will be best to cut the concrete driveway for a new trench for the new water line. Waived service fee. Water pressure is at 70 psi with a large leak on the line outside.

Customer called for problem with main sewer line back up , house is on septic , tank is in the back , we dug up outside installed a 4” two way clean out , unclogged line with snake machine , did camera inspection, found tank is kind full , could be possible Fieldline or problem with line to tank or baffle tee . If back up again next time , we have to come back open the tank to check
