Rebuild two old toilets tank , replace a toilet seat

Furnish and Install 2 2.5 gallon thermal expansion tanks with brackets 1 for each water heater. Customer stated that pressure coming out of faucets was fluctuating. Arrived and tested pressure and pressure was about 60 psi. Noticed that water heaters didn’t have thermal expansion tanks. For the first step, recommended customer to install two thermal expansion tank one for each heater that service different parts of the house. Customer agreed so I installed two new 2 1/2 gallon thermal expansion tank and tested. No leaks were present at this time. Cleaned up work area.

Upon arrival customer stated that the meter is filling with water. They had the county come out and they said the leak was not on there side. I cleaned around the pipe inside the meter and did not find a leak I also dug in front of the meter and did not find the leak. Also the meter is not spinning but the county says there is a leak. I informed the customer to call nation leak detection out and they will pin point the leak and we will come back out and make a repair.

Upon arrival customer stated she needed two basket strainers to be replaced as well as a kitchen faucet. Gave customer estimate. Customer approved estimate. I took out the old faucet and basket strainers. Then installed the new faucet and the new basket strainers. Tested system and system is working properly with no leaks or issues.

Spoke with customer about issue with water leaking from slab. Gave multiple options for repairs or replacement.

In master bathroom, removed existing toilet and hauled away. Furnish and installed new American Standard toilet with new service stop valve. Tested for leaks and no leaks present at this time. Caulked around base of toilet and cleaned up work area. Chen membership is $19.95 a month but may be canceled at anytime

Customer called us back because he could still smell sewer gas in his sewage pump closet downstairs, asked us to add some more silicone on the gaskets which we did. Also had us reseal the threaded connections on the new 1” PRV he installed himself. No further issue at this time. Left quote to repipe Cpvc in basement with copper. Customer does not know when he would like to replace it all.

Finished major sewer line repair job in Buford this afternoon. Tree roots had infiltrated main line causing frequent backups. Used hydro-jetting to clear blockage then camera inspection revealed multiple root intrusion points. Excavated and replaced 25 feet of damaged sewer pipe with new PVC. Repiped back to foundation wall. Replaced sewer line from exterior of home to septic tank and removed belly. Upsized main gas trunk line from 1” to 1.5”. Had customer get larger meter to supply all gas appliances in house simultaneously. Ran new 1” water service from meter to house through foundation wall. 5 year warranty on gas piping, waterline, and drain repairs. Warranty does not include damage to sewer line on exterior of home if sink hole continues to occur long term.

Time one packing nut to fix leak on left side hose spigot. Cut inside master bathroom closet to access half-inch copper line for hose Spicket on right side of home and replaced.

Shut down water to home, gas to water heater and unplug recirculating pump. Replace existing water heater and place new water heater in pan. Replace single handle tub cartridge in master bathroom. Furnish and install new 2.5 gallon thermal expansion tank and secure. Make all necessary connections before pressurizing system and testing for leaks. Bleed out air and fill water heater before lighting.

Responded to emergency call in Buford today for completely backed-up kitchen sink. Found sink filled to brim with dirty water & garbage disposal wouldn't run. Tried plunging first with no luck. Used hand auger to check for blockages in trap - nothing there. Had to remove trap and found the clog was deeper in the drain line. Brought in the power auger and hit serious resistance about 12 feet in! Broke through what felt like grease buildup mixed with food debris. Ran water for 15 mins after clearing to ensure good flow. Everything working great now! Showed homeowner how grease + food scraps = big trouble over time. Recommended monthly treatment with enzyme cleaner to prevent future buildup. Quick tip: told them to always run cold water when using disposal, not hot (keeps grease solid so it can be chopped up). Nice folks - will definitely call Chen again!

Returned to install new water service with new stub out. Installed new water service through garage to the PRV. Strapped water service to top edge of the wall. Tested system system is running with no leaks or issues. Customers house lost internet throughout the day. Informed customer the only utility we crossed was gas and we hand dug that area. Customer is having att come out. The marking for internet is roughly 25 foot away from the trench.

Running hot water for tub faucet , replaced stem , tub spout is very loose and we did not work with that .

Customer got busted hot water line behind lower level tub faucet at push fitting , we replace entire faucet from behind with drywall cut open , also found leaking pressure reducing valve , replaced with new one

There was also a drip that was coming from the Flo control on the existing service. Gave customer three prices to cover any situation that could occur from the issue as stated. Dug down upon customer approval and found that the water service was only four inches deep and was leaking from where the black pex bent through the foundation. Since the leak was so close to the foundation and was so shallow, the water service was replaced with pex through the foundation.
