Job Locations and Reviews
Customer stated that shower was backing up. Cleaned ptrap and tested. Shower now was draining as it should. Customer also mentioned that when shower back up there was a leak that came down to main floor. Attempt to recreate issue but couldn’t recreate issue at this time. Stated to customer that if it happens again we will need to cut Sheetrock.
Customer stated that there was a sewage smell coming from master bathroom. Diagnosed and couldn’t find anything out of the ordinary in bathroom that could’ve be causing sewer gases to escape. Will send estimate for smoke test. Cleaned out one sink ptrap in master bathroom. Also checked to pressure to home and found that water pressure was at 100psi and that water heater didn’t have a thermal expansion tank. Furnished and installed new PRV with main house shut off and also furnished and installed new thermal expansion tank with bracket. Tested and no leaks were present at this time. Set water pressure to 62psi. Cleaned up work area.
Performed a toilet installation at a residence in Sugar Hill today. Removed existing outdated toilet which was exhibiting persistent leaking from tank to bowl. Customer selected a Kohler Cimarron comfort height model with water-saving dual flush capability. After removal of old unit, I discovered significant floor flange damage requiring replacement rather than simple repair. Installed new flange securely anchored to subfloor. Applied new wax ring and carefully positioned toilet with proper compression. Connected water supply with new braided stainless line and quarter-turn shutoff valve. Caulked base according to local code requirements leaving rear portion unsealed. Verified proper function through multiple flush cycles and checked thoroughly for leaks. Adjusted water level for optimal flushing performance while maintaining efficiency. Customer was instructed on proper use of dual flush mechanisms and appreciative of the professional installation.
Jackhammered concrete in kitchen and repaired pinhole on copper under slab. Backfilled with sand and dirt. Covered opening in concrete with plywood

We Replaced existing blue poly water line with 1” black poly , bore under driveway and installed new line to the Back of garage connected to existing main water line , hose bib repair and replacement with new hose bib in new location
Attempted to locate leak on service line. Too much noise interference to use leak detection, attempted to find by digging. Referred homeowner to national leak detect

Replace 40 gallon gas water heater on stand in utility closet. Extra care when replacing due to CPVC Piping directly underneath. Install new 2.1 gallon thermal expansion tank required by Georgia plumbing code. Replace three-quarter inch PRV on CPVC pipe. Replace shower cartridge in master bathroom. Discount Only applies if all items are approved.
Clogged main line , attempted to clear from 6” clean out , unsuccessful due to bigger problem
Shower repair. Rebuilt a three handle shower valve because it was leaking. I replaced the old valve with a new one and tested it to make sure it was working properly.
