Upon arrival customer wanted estimates on two new hose Bibb installs and replacing a fitting inside the wall connecting to the tub spout due to corrosion. Gave customer estimates to do all work and install access panels to gain access to one tub spout cut tile out to gain access to other tub spout and install access panels where hose bibs would go to shut water off to the hose bibs. Would run cold water lines from attic and drop down in the wall and stub out where customer wants hose bibs. Attached pictures of what customer wanted done and where they wanted hose bibs.

Performed the annual plumbing inspection at the home. Nothing major was found during the inspection. The kitchen sink faucet is loose and may need to be replaced if it continues to worsen. The three-handle shower valves are currently functioning, but they should be replaced with single-handle shower valves if and when they begin to leak. The majority of the plumbing system in the home has already been updated, including the service stop valves, water heater, and pressure-reducing valve. The toilets are approximately 10 years old or older but are currently functioning properly. They are also compliant with current water-conservation requirements at 1.28 gallons per flush. Overall, there are no significant plumbing issues or active concerns noted at this time. The homeowner is not experiencing any major plumbing problems, and the system appears to be in good working condition.
