- Main water shut-off valve check and system pressure test
- Inspection of pressure regulator valve (PRV) to ensure safe water pressure
- Verification of backflow prevention device to protect drinking water
- Complete water heater evaluation (tank or tankless, gas or electric)
- Assessment of venting, combustion air, draft cap, and T&P relief valve
- Check of drain pan, expansion tank, and anti-scald temperature settings
- Inspection of gas valve, pilot light, and burner/igniter operation for safety
- Flush history check and recommendation for water heater maintenance

When does annual maintenance occur?
Your free annual plumbing system checkup is scheduled once per year. No need to remember—we’ll call you when it’s time to book your visit!
What does priority scheduling mean?
As a member, you move to the front of the line. We prioritize your calls and do our best to provide same-day service on weekdays—or by the next business day in rare cases.
What discounts do I get as a member?

Terms & Conditions
Minimum 12-month commitment required for monthly memberships; early cancellation requires payment of the remaining balance. All memberships renew automatically unless canceled with at least 30 days’ notice before the next billing or renewal date. No refunds for prior months or years. If a payment fails, you’ll receive an email to update your card; if it fails again, the membership will be canceled, and the remaining balance of the initial 12-month term will be due. Memberships apply to one residential property only and are not valid for commercial properties. A valid credit or debit card must remain on file. No warranty applies to drain cleaning services. Terms and conditions are subject to change.
