Had I had known that they were out of Norcross I would have called another (local) closer company, but Chase was repectful and showed responsibility to the job at hand. Had my problem been in the house or close in the sewer line he would have been prepared for the job, but at 135 feet he had to go get big pressure jet machine did the job perfectly best of all no digging when pipes are 13 feet down.

Shane was descriptive and walked me through the process of flushing my tankless water heater. He also noticed a cap to the sewer pipe was broken and showed me what to buy. I appreciate his professionalism.

Chen Plumbing came recommended to me by a friend. I gave them a call in the morning and within the hour they were at my home doing a thorough inspection. Unfortunately, there was quite a bit of work that needed to be done, and when they quoted me, they gave four different options to ensure that I was getting the best choice for me and my family. From there, we scheduled the work for a few few days down the road since it would take all day. Prior to the work beginning, they sent out a third-party company, Provisions To prep my house and make sure that we contained any sort of dust. On the day of work Chase and his colleague arrived promptly, worked around the clock and were incredibly thorough. At the end of the job, they cleaned everything up and left no Stone unturned .They were personable. They built rapport And even gave my needy dog extra attention. I will highly recommend Chen Plumbing to anyone in need of service.

Shane was amazing today. He is definitely positive representation of this plumbing company. It's obvious that he loves his work and that he enjoys people. He was very helpful informative and extremely customer service driven. You do not get the impression that he's trying to manipulate the circumstances particularly when there is a problem in your home you want someone who is genuine and trustworthy.

Wonderful service. Kitchen sink issue turned into major issue in the old almost 100 year home. Sean and Hunter took time to explain the problem and discuss the options. Even though this was their last home for the day and it took into the evening to resolve. Many Thanks to suck kind fellows!

I found Chen Plumbing through Angie's List to inspect my water heater after hearing a loud sound coming from it, and they were responsive and professional when I called, made an appointment for the next day, the technician arrived within the time frame, provided detailed information and options on repair versus replacement. Seth was knowledgeable and patient, serviced the water heater and installed an overflow tank everything has been working great since!
