Simeon was very courteous and efficient with solving our plumbing issues. He also wore shoe covers inside the home to be respectful of his customer's home. Chen Plumbing provides excellent communications to its customers to provide time of arrival as well as a photo of our plumber, Simeon, before his arrival. We truly appreciated a 30-minute window instead of the usual four-hour window. We will not hesitate to use Chen Plumbing if we have any future needs!
