Shane has the been one of the best service people we've had. He diagnosed our leaky sink valve problems and gave us a good fair price for his labor. Super knowledgeable and we'll be getting our water heater replaced by him in the future. He was also super fast and we booked appointments with 3 companies.

I called Chen on a Friday evening. I suspected my drain pipe was clogged. They arrived 2 hours later, & diagnosed the problem. They checked everything out to make sure all was working properly. Since they had to remove a toilet to look in the pipe, they offered to replace my 41 year old toilet. They had a new one on their truck! They made it really convenient & I knew the toilet needed replacing. They did a great job, were really nice & followed up afterward. Thank you Tim & Otto! You were easy to work with, fast & effient! Jenny in the office was awesome, too!

I cant say enough good things about Dawson and Chen Plumbing. We had an emergency at our property when the well pump that supplies water to our barn went out. I called Chen Plumbing, and they responded immediately. Dawson came out, and from the moment he arrived, he was exceptionalfriendly, professional, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, someone you immediately felt you could trust. He diagnosed the problem, was completely straightforward and honest about what needed to be done, and did a stellar job getting everything taken care of. What impressed me just as much happened afterward. After Dawson left, I realized I had completely forgotten to ask him about some additional plumbing work we needed done under the sinks in our master bedroom and bathroom. I contacted Chen Plumbing again, and they promptly arranged to have Dawson come back out the very next day. That kind of responsiveness and service is increasingly hard to find. Dawson and Chen Plumbing are the kind of people that others in the service industry should take note of. This is how you earn a customer for life: show up when you say you will, know what youre doing, treat people well, be honest, and exceed expectations. They did exactly that. I wont call another plumber. Chen Plumbing will be my first call for anything plumbing-related from now on, and Ill gladly recommend Dawson and Chen Plumbing to anyone who asks. Had I had known that they were out of Norcross I would have called another (local) closer company, but Chase was repectful and showed responsibility to the job at hand. Had my problem been in the house or close in the sewer line he would have been prepared for the job, but at 135 feet he had to go get big pressure jet machine did the job perfectly best of all no digging when pipes are 13 feet down.
