I am very impressed with Anthony and the people at Chen Plumbing. I filled out the online form and got a phone call shortly after to make an appointment. Office and technician were communicative about his arrival. He identified the problem immediately and still took the time to go through the rest of the house. I am satisfied with the price and the workmanship. Definitely would recommend.

Cody did a great job! Scheduling with the company was easy, they sent confirmations to make sure we were all on the same page, time wise, schedulung abd dispatch staff were helpful and friendly. Cody arrived as scheduled, was professional, clearly very knowledgeable, and had a pleasant demeanor. He explained all of my options, and the work was completed in the time expected. Chen Plumbing is a honest and reliable plumbing service company in the Atlanta area. They repaired a broken leaking pipe in my basement at a very reasonable price and the job was completed in a professional manner. I would highly recommend their plumbing repair services to anyone who doesn't want to be overcharged when you have a plumbing problem. I have used them several times in the past and they are my only "Go To" Plumber in the future!

We had an underground pipe issue that left us without water for days, and Chen plumbing was the only one able to step in and actually get the job done quickly. From the estimate to the repair process, everything was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Shane Silva was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and truly cared about helping us during a stressful situation even coming out on the weekend to make sure we had water again. Other plumbing companies werent able to fix the issue right away, but Shane handled it efficiently and professionally. Were extremely grateful for the excellent service and highly recommend them!
