Chen Plumbing is so responsive and lets you know sometimes several time a day when your tech is expected. The plumbers are so communicative too and they left every area of my house where they worked totally CLEAN...AMAZING. I will use them forever.

I am very impressed with Anthony and the people at Chen Plumbing. I filled out the online form and got a phone call shortly after to make an appointment. Office and technician were communicative about his arrival. He identified the problem immediately and still took the time to go through the rest of the house. Cody did a great job! Scheduling with the company was easy, they sent confirmations to make sure we were all on the same page, time wise, schedulung abd dispatch staff were helpful and friendly. Cody arrived as scheduled, was professional, clearly very knowledgeable, and had a pleasant demeanor. He explained all of my options, and the work was completed in the time expected.
