I would like to take a moment to thank Dawson and Austin for their total professional attitude from inspection to giving a quote to clean up. They showed great stamina and were polite and smiling throughout the project. And it was a huge project with busted and rusted main wrought iron sewer pipes going all the way out and halfway into the back yard. We wish them the very best.

We had an emergent leak and called around 4pm. Leo was great to schedule with (very communicative) & had Shawn out to our house by 6pm. Shawn was honest, courteous, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue and got everything fixed up. We really appreciated the fast response and transparency. Highly recommend!

Chen plumbing has been nothing but perfect for me. I had a plumbing emergency and they responded immediately. When I needed more work done they continued to be responsive and provided quality service. Shane did an incredible job replacing my toilets and problematic pipes. He made sure I was happy with the finished product. He is meticulous, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I will be using Chen plumbing in the future.
