Chen Plumbing came recommended to me by a friend. I gave them a call in the morning and within the hour they were at my home doing a thorough inspection. Unfortunately, there was quite a bit of work that needed to be done, and when they quoted me, they gave four different options to ensure that I was getting the best choice for me and my family. From there, we scheduled the work for a few few days down the road since it would take all day. Prior to the work beginning, they sent out a third-party company, Provisions To prep my house and make sure that we contained any sort of dust. On the day of work Chase and his colleague arrived promptly, worked around the clock and were incredibly thorough. At the end of the job, they cleaned everything up and left no Stone unturned .They were personable. They built rapport And even gave my needy dog extra attention. I will highly recommend Chen Plumbing to anyone in need of service.
Shane was amazing today. He is definitely positive representation of this plumbing company. It's obvious that he loves his work and that he enjoys people. He was very helpful informative and extremely customer service driven. You do not get the impression that he's trying to manipulate the circumstances particularly when there is a problem in your home you want someone who is genuine and trustworthy.

Wonderful service. Kitchen sink issue turned into major issue in the old almost 100 year home. Sean and Hunter took time to explain the problem and discuss the options. Even though this was their last home for the day and it took into the evening to resolve. Many Thanks to suck kind fellows!

Massive kudos to Cody Ard with Chen Plumbing on fixing a water pipe leak from my meter to my house. A very professional and personable plumber. I was impressed with the ongoing communication and the consideration for my safety by sending me the identification and photo of the service provider before he arrived. They were very clear about their process which involves a free visit and check of the problem, the pricing showing best case and worst case scenarios and ensuring my approval before any work was done.. Cody was extremely knowledgeable about the work that was needed and different options that might be necessary for completing the job and was very considerate in moving about my home as he worked. Im a very happy customer!
