Very happy with the job they did installing a tankless water heater--from the informative first visit to the phone contact leading up to the installation to the installation itself. Thanks especially to Dawson who was also kind enough to look into and add in a small fix to a sink issue while at the house for the installation.

This has literally been the best experience with a contractor ever; Chen Plumbing responded quickly and efficiently to my request for a service appointment; Shawn Bush and Christian Perez showed up on time, met with me for an extended period to diagnose the issues I raised and proposed very direct, clear and effective solutions. I ended purchasing a home filtration system, a new pressure valve (which they tested to detect an imminent failure), rebuilt five new toilets, and installed a new water spigot for an internal hose. Super courteous, most professional and very patient with us. They were with us for a day and a half to do all the installation, but it was well worth it. I am confident for the first time in 36 years as an Atlanta homeowner that I'm finally in good hands with a reputable plumber who not only knows what they're doing, they are professional and stand behind their work. Recommend them to everyone.

My first experience with Chen plumbing was excellent. Super responsive. I did not feel ripped off like I do with so many big name plumbing companies. Chase was great. My confidence level was such that I am planning to schedule more work and feel I may have finally found a plumbing company I can refer to others. Speaking with the on-site technician Chase instilled further confidence due to his straight forward approach, honesty, and lack of trying to over sell me. So many of the Large well-known companies push their employees to hunt for other ways to make the company money whether its needed or not in the home. I was relieved that this was not a tactic employed by this locally own family run business, which is the type I cater to for that reason.

I cannot say enough good things about Shawn and Chris. I was dealing with what felt like a nightmarea water leak under the concrete slab of my home. Unfortunately, the leak was the result of work done by a previous plumber who clearly did not know what he was doing. After talking to several plumbers, I was left feeling confused, overwhelmed, and unsure of who to trust. Then I met Shawn and Chris. From the very first visit, they took the time to listen, inspect the issue, and explain everything in a way that made sense. They didn't try to rush me or sell me on a quick fix. Instead, they focused on finding the right solution and doing the job the right way. That honesty and confidence immediately gave me peace of mind. Today, they spent the day at my house repairing the leak and other various work. Their work ethic was incredible. They worked hard from morning until late in the evening, and throughout the process they kept me informed, explained what they were doing, and made sure every detail was handled properly. What impressed me most wasn't just their knowledge and skillit was their character. They were respectful, professional, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure the problem was fixed correctly. I can finally relax knowing my plumbing issues have been addressed properly. The stress and uncertainty I've been carrying are gone. That kind of peace of mind is priceless.
