I had a minor drip at least I thought it was minor.. Chen Plumbing explained to me exactly what I was going to face if I didnt act fast. My hot water heater wasnt going bad it was BAD.. It had build up a lot of corrosion and it had other issues.. My pipes were also questionable. If I waited a couple of weeks longer. I would be facing a huge problem.. My pipes were in jeopardy of bursting.. We all know the problems of pipes bursting. Should I say more..Chen Plumbing is a professional and outstanding company.. I would recommend this company and his staff highly..You want be disappointed.. I wasnt..

Juan from Chen Plumbing did a great job installing a new water heater and fixing the shut off valve for our front faucet. He was very pleasant, communicated well, made sure we were satisfied with his work, and patiently answered any questions we had. There were a few challenges with our existing set up but he handled them efficiently and professionally. The best part was that the price was much lower than the 2 other big name companies we received a quote from. Overall, it was a great experience and we highly recommend Chen Plumbing - and Juan. If we ever have a plumbing need in the future, we will be sure to call Chen Plumbing.

We had water leaking from our front yard after a freeze. We expected a big price tag and lot of digging in the yard (maybe after it thawed a few days later). We were very pleased that Juan opted to do a full investigation of our pipes as they entered and exited the house and meter. He found an old unused irrigation line and checked that without any digging! The problem was solved in an hour, he capped it to prevent further issues, and the cost was a fifth of what we feared. We were very grateful and impressed by his professionalism. The company themselves were responsive, understood the urgency, and were easy to schedule with. They even sent a picture of the technician coming out so we felt secure when he arrived.

Chen Plumbing offers excellent service. They came out in the middle of a storm to fix a broken pipe and they were on scene within an hour which makes them a 5 star company in my opinion.
