I cannot say enough good things about Shawn and Chris. I was dealing with what felt like a nightmarea water leak under the concrete slab of my home. Unfortunately, the leak was the result of work done by a previous plumber who clearly did not know what he was doing. After talking to several plumbers, I was left feeling confused, overwhelmed, and unsure of who to trust. Then I met Shawn and Chris. From the very first visit, they took the time to listen, inspect the issue, and explain everything in a way that made sense. They didn't try to rush me or sell me on a quick fix. Instead, they focused on finding the right solution and doing the job the right way. That honesty and confidence immediately gave me peace of mind. Today, they spent the day at my house repairing the leak and other various work. Their work ethic was incredible. What impressed me most wasn't just their knowledge and skillit was their character. They were respectful, professional, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure the problem was fixed correctly. My experience with Chen Plumbing turned out to be fairly pleasant, I wasn't happy about spending the money, however, Cody Butts was patient and professional. He took the time to explain the issue along with options to fix the problem. Cody's knowledge was reassuring, the install looks great and everything works as it should.
