He explained everything thoroughly and helped us understand exactly what was going on and how he would repair it. Polite, friendly. Update: I wanted to make sure I mentioned our plumber by name: Braulio and his apprentice (sorry, I forgot his name). They finished quickly and spent time afterwards basically helping me understand the bigger picture of how our plumbing worked. No man-spraining, just real talk. I will NEVER use anyone else.
