Dawson was great, very knowledgeable and worked really hard to figure out what was going on. He pulled out all the stops. You can tell he really cares about solving whatever the root cause of the problem is. Although the cause of the water damage still remains an issue, Dawson tried everything to solve the mystery and ultimately pointed us in the right direction. Very clear communication throughout

What an absolute pleasure working with these guys! Pricing was great and the service you couldnt ask for anything better. Their work looked like it should be displayed in an art gallery. Very friendly and responsive. Identified source of underground leak. They'll be back tomorrow to replace my line and I will come back to update this review at that time. Update 2/6/2025: They came back the next day and laid a brand new line from my meter to my home. Very professional and friendly crew. They cleaned up well after themselves and the work was completed in one day. Overall very satisfied with Chen Plumbing.
