Job Locations and Reviews
Came out for a back up at the bar sink. Found the floor drains all holding water. Ran camera 50’ down the line and located blockage in the same belly as last time. We went and got the jetter and returned. Jetted 100’ of the drain from the bar sink and flushed it completely clean. There is still standing water in the belly which the business owner is aware of. Ensured all fixtures were properly draining. No further issue at this time.
Customer called the cell for brown water and hot water line after our initial investigation determined the water heater to be the culprit, heater is at the end of its life, however, gave option to flush customer approve flush at this time. Informed customer of potential risks. Customer agreed anyway flush cheater for about an hour ran water through system insured most brown water was out of system heater fell again. Replacement is strongly recommended.
Upon arrival, customer states they’re experiencing lukewarm water throughout home. Found mixing valve in upstairs. Master bathroom informed customer mixing valve has failed and allowing water to mix. Water pressure is sitting at 100 psi, informed customer PRV has failed.
