Took a look under kitchen sink and found that kitchen drain line was trapped and recommended a customer to fix it in. Customer agreed. Went ahead and installed Studer vent and tested. Now kitchen sink is draining as it should and is not backing up into icemaker line. Cleaned up work area. Also took a look at the new water heaters that were installed and thermal expansion tank is undersized and also recommended to customer that piping water heaters in parallel instead of series is more efficient. Will send quote to do so.

Master showers both have poor water pressure when hot water is called for. His daughter’s shower has poor water pressure on both hot and cold.
