Upon arrival, the customer stated that brown discoloration and spotting had appeared on the ceiling and had continued to increase in size since Shane's previous visit. The customer expressed concern that the issue may be related to the previously completed plumbing work involving the bathtub drain, tub spout, or toilet repair. To properly investigate the source of the moisture and determine whether an active plumbing leak was present, I informed the customer that I would open the necessary section of drywall at no additional charge to inspect the plumbing and identify any potential issues. The customer agreed to the inspection. Carefully cut open the drywall to gain access to the plumbing above the affected ceiling area. Upon inspection, discovered an active leak at the bathtub drain assembly, with water leaking from the drain area. Informed the customer of the findings and explained that the necessary repairs would be addressed. The customer requested that the repairs be scheduled f
Customer wanted membership in separate ticket due to last ticket being for insurance purposes.
Upon arrival customer wanted quote to install insurance specified whole home smart valve shut off system. After approval, located material needed for job. Picked up material and arrived at job. Re-worked piping in area to better fit new system including: new PRV, new manual ball valve, and check valve to assist in proper function of smart valve system. After install was complete, checked for leaks and proper function and went over system set up with customer. 60 PSI and informed customer about plug situation for pump.
