Job Locations and Reviews
Customer stated that toilet was leaking from base and also faucet was dripping. Inspected toilet and found that toilet was leaking from service valve and also tank a bowl. Recommended customer to have toilet replaced or repaired and also recommended to have lavatory faucet repair repaired. Went ahead and shut water off to home and installed new service valve for toilet. Removed existing toilet and furnished and installed new one. Tested toilet and now toilet is working properly and no leaks present at this time. Caulked around base of toilet. Replaced cartridges, both hot and cold for lavatory faucet. Cleaned up work area. All work performed today has a one year warranty. Went over to membership with customer and at this time, customer didn’t want to sign up. Also found water heater is from 2016 and recommended to have water heater replaced and will send estimate to do so.
Customer wanted to remove 1/4” gas line to fire starter and have 1/2” gas line ran for gas logs. Removed bricks covering gas line and disconnected gas line to fire starter and ran new 1/2” black gas line to right side of fire place by customer request. Soap tested entire line to test for leaks and placed bricks back in fire place.
Diagnosed garbage disposal not working. Was installed by Chen in January. Checked disposal and it is not jammed or tripped electrically. Checked power source and found that disposal was not plugged in properly due to items stored underneath knocking it out of place. Plugged in disposal properly and it is working well. Disposal air switch is working properly. No other issues found at this time.
