Job Locations and Reviews
Customer had a blockage last night upon arrival. Customer stated that the basement toilet and sink backed up and over flowed. After running sink and flushing toilet informed customer we could run our camera to see if they were still having a blockage or not. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Ran camera and found a blockage at 71ft. After looking at the history on the call found customer has had a camera ran before and they found a pipe penetrated through the sewer line by the road. After locating where my camera was in the yard it is around 2 ft off the curb. Left a grey spray painted mark of where the issue is. Customer is going to reach out to the city and see if they will fix the issue. Left customer with estimate for us to dig it up.
Upon arrival, customer recently had new sink installed. Customer is requesting we remove garbage disposal and faucet and install onto new sink. Provided customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Installed new faucet and garbage disposal. Kitchen sink is working properly at departure. No leaks at departure.
Upon arrival, customer stated leak somewhere throughout unit. Found toilet running. Gave customer options for repair/replacements. Customer decided to update both toilets with repairs. After minor rebuilds on both toilets, checked for leaks and proper function
