Customer is receiving a new part for smart sump pump. Will need to unhook backup pump and plug in new back up pump for system. Test for proper operation Replaced sent out parts. Swapped out battery and back up pump. After assembly cleaned up wiring and turned on. Everything works great and panel is all in the green
Diagnosed all plumbing needs. Customer wants new shower valve with new handles, shower head and spout. Also wants lavatory faucet replaced with new handles. Lavatory faucet is on a vintage sink and has no shut off valves and does have galvanized stub outs. Informed customer it is possible to add shut off valves but there is a risk removing old galvanized lines that could turn into opening access in Tile to water lines for lavatory faucet. home has historical vintage bathrooms. No names found on any faucet or fixtures. Recommended customer since it is a history bathroom and she doesn’t want any damages to have a specialized contractor come to open access points for replacements wanted.

Called in the early afternoon with a plumbing issue which ended up being more involved than we thought. Our technician came a few hours later, found the issue in our crawl space, recommended and contacted a mitigation company for us (who came that night!) and fixed the problem! All within 12 hours!!! Now that is expedient and exceptional service in our opinion! We appreciate Baurelio and David’s excellent customer service. Hard to make a plumbing emergency palatable but it actually was.
These guys came up with ideas no one else had even considered. Plus, it seems they were the only ones to thoroughly inspect the crawl space for access points, saving us a lot of money and headache.
