They mentioned that after taking a bath last night they noticed water dripping from the ceiling in the basement bathroom. I inspected below and bore, found a failed water and overflow outlet. Corrected overflow seal and resecured. While inspecting I also found. Pressure regulating valve from 2006 with severe corrosion, and a water heater from 2010. I discussed concerns and Mr.and Mrs. Pigford elected to replace these pieces of equipment to avoid risk of failure and water damage. I installed. New pressure regulating valve. Replaced 40 gallon electric water heater with a new water heater. The new unit also included a new shut off valve, the addition of a thermal expansion tank and mount, and a drip pan.

Clogged garbage disposal upon arrival. Customer stated the garbage disposal stopped working and now the sink won’t drain. Informed customer the garbage disposal was jammed and that we could unjam it. Gave customer estimate, customer approved. Unjammed disposal and filled up sink. Sink drained and turned on disposal. Disposal is no longer jammed and working properly. No leaks upon departure

Client called us out today due to a clogged main sewer line outside. There are 2 clean outs and both were holding water. Best choice was to jet the entire line with high pressure water and clear the blockage/clean out the pipe so we could see the issue. After multiple passes we were able to break the clog free then ran sewer camera to inspect. There don’t seem to be any issues, UNTIL after the 2nd clean out by the sidewalk, under the sidewalk. To repair this issue, we would have to bust up the concrete sidewalk, then dig down about 3’ with the backhoe to the sewer line, to then cut out the problem section and repair it. Client will need to check with the city to verify it’s OK for us to dig up the sidewalk, also wouldn’t be a bad idea to have them tell you where your responsibility stops as far as sewer line is concerned. Left estimate to complete that work. Pics and videos included with invoice. No warranty on clogged drains Commercial service fee is not waived. Charged card on f
