Pull toilet in hall bathroom. Carefully remove toilet. Install new wax ring, new toilet bolts and new toilet supply line. Test toilet for proper operation. Found flange for toilet crack and cause of leak in basement. Replaced flange as courtesy. Issue for continuing backing up in bathroom is drain piping for kitchen and bathroom group are back sloped and hold water and not ran ideally. Ran camera from outside access point and confirmed issue of backfall on drain causing belly. Drain to street look to be in good shape and no obstructions found. Left estimate to repipe drain in home to correct issue and drain.

Diagnosed leak in basement area of home. Located leak to be coming from base of toilet and leaking down outter drain pipe into basement. Left estimate to pull and reset toilet. Also customer states issues for toilet leaking is due to backing up. Left estimate to run camera diagnostic to check condition of drain and sewer line.

For this customer I came out on 5/18/2026 to snake a main sewer line through clean out, after struggling to snake the line, I threw the camera down the line and got stopped up at about 60 feet and couldn’t go any further. So today we brought the jetting machine and jetted the sewer line to get it cleared. We successfully cleaned and cleared the main line going to the city sewer and about 60 feet we couldn’t go past, the issue that the customer is having is in the road. The main line we snaked is clear. There will no warranty for this drain cleaning service due to the fact that the city is backing up and isn’t cleared. We can not touch the city sewer. Recommend to replace water heater in garage with a new 50 gallon electric

Sewer line back up through clean out, snaked with k400 couldn’t clear line. Snaked with the camera, can not clear with the camera, will come back tomorrow with the jetter to attempt to clear the sewer line. Opened man hole couldn’t see anything

Customer needing estimate to replace water heater upon arrival. Customer is getting multiple estimates to decide which company to go with. Customer had me call her son to give him the price so he can translate it to his dad once he gets home at 5 today. Gave customer estimate to replace water heater and an estimate to install a customer supplied water heater.

Diagnosed tub broken and not functional. Tub is severely damaged and will need to be replaced. Recommend contractor for this type of job. Recommend provision 6783830889

Customer stated that they needed estimate for installation of leak detection system. Will send estimate for customer provided leak detection system install

Took a look at all plumbing issues and tested water pressure. Left estimate for toilet rebuild and service stop replacement, garbage disposal replacement, and water heater replacement.

Left multiple quote options for the water heaters. One tank is leaking and tripping the breaker. We closed the valves to the tank.

Shut off water and drain system. Remove old toilet, provide and install new Kohler toilet with new toilet bolts, new wax ring, and new toilet supply. Test for proper operation Toilet in basement bathroom has been sitting. Internals are worn out. Rebuild toilet with new fill valve, flapper, and supply line. Test for proper operation. When working in basement bathroom discovered drains gurgling and backing up. Located and found sewer ejection pump and it is no longer working. Remove lid and remove old pump. Provide and install new sewer ejection pump with new check valve. Test for proper operation.

Left quotes for multiple faucet replacements, also left quote for the PRV as their water pressure was just under 90 psi.

We checked water pressure in the house , and tested is at 65 psi at present time , pressure was at 140 psi before pressure reducing valve replaced, now pressure is within safe range between 40-80 psi ,

For this customer, they had a clogged aerator on the jack and Jill sink in the master bathroom. The sink had a lot of algae in it and as a result, the sink wasn’t flowing normally, so therefore I had to go to the store grab a set of aerator keys and take out the aerator, but the old one back clean it thoroughly so there would be no flow issues once complete. There are no leaks, and the sinks are both of them are flowing correctly. I took both apart to ensure that they were both flowing correctly and as a result, they are based off my video. There’s been a lot of issues with plumbing, in this area and surrounding counties because of the lake, a lot of algae buildup has caused a lot of clogs and sinks and faucets as a result of this may happen again due to this issue

Customer had sewer ejection pump go bad in basement. Gave options for replacement but customer wanted to wait for work.

Customer want an estimate on getting a tankless installed either on the outside of the home or on the inside of the home give a couple different solutions of what we can do. CUSTOMER requested that we also pull a permit for the installation of the heater. In addition to that you did not want a tank style water heater Only tankless if we were to mount it on the inside of the home it would be where the electrical panel is near it but not completely next to it and then the outside unit would be on the other side of the electrical panel near it for net next to it at this time. It is just an estimate. Only the customer is grabbing other quotes from other companies to compare and contrast, different models of installation.

Fixed low water pressure issue in the house , replaced main water shut off valve , prv , replace master bathroom sink faucet stem , clean kitchen faucet , clean sink drain

Remove existing water heater and haul away. Furnish and install new 50 gallon gas water heater with new tank shut off and thermal expansion tank. Also install drip pan under heater. Remove existing PRV and furnish and install new one. Also powder room on main floor, remove existing toilet and haul away. Furnish and install new American standard toilet. Tested both water heater and toilet and no leaks present at this time. Set pressure to about 65psi. Caulked around base of toilet and cleaned up work area.

Replaced master bathroom toilet flush valve , second toilet upstairs new fill valve , flapper and supply line installed

Furnish and Install 2 2.5 gallon thermal expansion tanks with brackets 1 for each water heater. Customer stated that pressure coming out of faucets was fluctuating. Arrived and tested pressure and pressure was about 60 psi. Noticed that water heaters didn’t have thermal expansion tanks. For the first step, recommended customer to install two thermal expansion tank one for each heater that service different parts of the house. Customer agreed so I installed two new 2 1/2 gallon thermal expansion tank and tested. No leaks were present at this time. Cleaned up work area.

Upon arrival customer stated that the meter is filling with water. They had the county come out and they said the leak was not on there side. I cleaned around the pipe inside the meter and did not find a leak I also dug in front of the meter and did not find the leak. Also the meter is not spinning but the county says there is a leak. I informed the customer to call nation leak detection out and they will pin point the leak and we will come back out and make a repair.

Upon arrival customer stated she needed two basket strainers to be replaced as well as a kitchen faucet. Gave customer estimate. Customer approved estimate. I took out the old faucet and basket strainers. Then installed the new faucet and the new basket strainers. Tested system and system is working properly with no leaks or issues.

Spoke with customer about issue with water leaking from slab. Gave multiple options for repairs or replacement.

In master bathroom, removed existing toilet and hauled away. Furnish and installed new American Standard toilet with new service stop valve. Tested for leaks and no leaks present at this time. Caulked around base of toilet and cleaned up work area. Chen membership is $19.95 a month but may be canceled at anytime

Customer called us back because he could still smell sewer gas in his sewage pump closet downstairs, asked us to add some more silicone on the gaskets which we did. Also had us reseal the threaded connections on the new 1” PRV he installed himself. No further issue at this time. Left quote to repipe Cpvc in basement with copper. Customer does not know when he would like to replace it all.
