Customer stated that all toilets in the home are running and also that there was a blockage in master bedroom bathroom. In master bathroom ran water for about 5 to 7 minutes and also flush toilet multiple times and didn’t notice any signs of backing up at this time. Stated that blockage may have cleared itself. Also looked at all toilet toilets in home and found that guts need to be replaced by replacing fill valve and flapper. Also hall bathroom tub was dripping which cartridge would need to be replaced on that. Also found that PRV wasn’t functioning properly and recommended to have PRV replaced. Will send estimates for recommended repairs.

Dawson is the most professional plumber I have ever had the okeasure to do business with. And who says that about having to use Plumber services in the first place?! he is super personable considerate about your space and thorough about the explanation of what your options are and how it would be handled by the company. Give this guy a raise he deserves it.!
