Toilet cracked upon arrival. Customer stated they wanted new toilet. Gave customer 2 estimates and customer chose for us to supply and install toilet. Installed new kohler toilet. We also tested water pressure, water pressure was 85 psi. Informed customer we need to replace PRV. Customer wants to wait on PRV. Tested toilet, toilet is working with no leaks or issue.

Customer had gas leak that AGL came out for. They initially shut the gas off, but due to cold turned back on. Gave customer initial diagnostic price for finding any topical leaks. Found on leak on flared copper connection going to water heater by door of utility room on back of building. Tested all exposed joints in the utility room. No other leaks were found. Charged an initial fee of 215 for topical leak detection. Checked all joints exposed in the main floor utility room and one upstairs utility room. No additional leaks were found except the one on the soft copper line feeding the water heater. Deleted the diagnostic line for the 215 and charged the book price of $673.21. Applied customers 50 dollar coupon to the job. Checked all lines near repair after work was done to ensure no new leaks were formed. None were found. For this job, I worked on taking apart shower valve and flipping it to the correct way so that there could be hot water. Also repaired pin hole leak on 1/2 copper line in garage
Repaired a leaking kitchen faucet by replacing worn-out components, stopping water waste and restoring full functionality.
Sewer line backed up in master bathroom. Went into crawlspace and found 2 clean outs. Gave customer estimate to clear sewer line. Customer approved estimate. When pulling cleanout there was a softball size glob of grease. The 4” line exiting the home is imbedded with grease on walls. Also found 20 foot belly in crawlspace before it exists the home. Gave customer estimate he wants to see if clearing the line works first. System is draining but has a belly and line has a lot of grease all on it.
Repaired a tankless water heater experiencing inconsistent heating by flushing the unit and replacing a faulty sensor.

Shut down gas at meter and bleed out remaining natural gas in lines. Cut three-quarter inch black iron pipe before junction. Install mega press T and run half-inch gas line in track pipe to backside of home adjacent to fireplace. Drill through foundation wall and transition to black iron. Install half-inch shut off valve on black iron. Drill directly into fireplace And install half-inch black iron nipple. Use fire sealant on inside of fireplace and hydraulic cement on foundation wall penetration.

Water heater was leaking in basement area. Replaced 50 gallon gas water heater, 2.1 gallon thermal expansion tank three-quarter inch pressure reducing valve, and main house shut off. Also replaced T and P line outside of home.
