Job Locations and Reviews
Returned to stub up, new waterlines and add straight stops. Drilled holes through tile, installed new straight stops in both bathrooms. When replacing master bathroom stops, customer noticed something under vanity. Customer requested us to pull vanity and haul off. When removing vanity, vanity drain crumbled due to age and deterioration. Provided customer estimate to re-pipe vanity drains. Customer approved estimate. Brand new PVC drain lines for vanities. No leaks at departure. Tested system, no leaks at departure. All fixtures are working properly at departure. Also replaced both hose bibs on home.
Shut off water to home and drain system. In crawlspace add tee and branch off for new hose bib line, install new shut off valve. Run new line from crawlspace to back porch and mount hose bib on wall. Install bleeder valve to winterize. Test all work for proper operation. Clean workspace As courtesy replaced shower arm and shower head in basement bathroom at same time. Tested and no leaks after completion
Water heater not staying lit upon arrival. Customer stated when he lights the water heater it goes out after some time. Informed customer with the age of the water heater being 23 years old we would not offer a repair option but could replace the water heater. Customer wanted me to email an estimate over.
