Sewer Camera Inspections for Recurring Plumbing Problems
To find out what the specific issue is deep within your piping system, our plumbing technicians use sewer camera inspections in Doraville to identify potential clogs, structural concerns, and the condition of your entire piping system.
Sewer camera inspections are an important part of plumbing maintenance, especially if your pipes are near an old-growth tree that is causing frequent root intrusions. In those instances, hydro jetting is usually the best solution.

Professional Drain Cleaning for Stubborn Clogs
Our plumbers handle all minor and major clogs, and each calls for a different technique and tool. Minor drain cleaning in Doraville, from bathroom clogs caused by hair buildup and soap scum to kitchen clogs caused by food and grease, is usually resolved with high-powered augers.
For more involved clogs, hydro jetting is often the best solution – using high-pressure water down your pipes to cut through the gunk and effectively clean the walls of your pipes. As a clogged drain plumber in Doraville, Chen Plumbing recommends yearly hydro jetting for homes with old-growth trees. This is an important part of our plumbing maintenance inspections.

Replace supply line for the water heater Replace gas shut off valve for the furnace For this customer came out to inspect a couple gas leaks that they were having at their home Atlanta Gas Light had came out and notified that there was a gas leak from the gas wet for the water heater and then there is a gas leak at the shut off valve for the furnace so therefore what I did is replace the half-inch gas valve for the furnace along with a half inch union to complete the project and the main reason why I replaced the union is because it was a little corroded so therefore, I just swapped that out once that was completed there’s no gas leaks from there. I tested with the bubbles to indicate that there are no leaks moving on from there. I looked at the water heater, gas line and swap that out for a new half inch gas line connected it straight into the shut off valve and connected to the sediment trap of the heater once that was complete there are no leaks. Replace boiler drains for washing machine This customer came out to the residence to take a look at their washing machine boiler drains Lowe’s came to install the new washer however, the boiler drains were a little bit corroded and there for liability reasons they didn’t want to proceed with trying to change the amount in case they start to leak so therefore I replaced the boiler drains with two brand new ones Threaded them on on the half inch male connections and got everything situated with no leaks once I was finished, I checked pressure. Tim had came out and replaced the pressure reducing bow last year. The pressure is normal. There are some code violations on the water heater. I recommended to have the customer call the Company who installed it as is it is wrong. If they do not change it I recommend replacing the heater with a new one and up to code.
