Job Locations and Reviews
Water heater leaking upon arrival. Customer stated she noticed her water heater leaking and wanted us to replace it. Informed customer we could install a new water heater, expansion tank, shutoff and a new pan. Upon checking water pressure noticed customers water pressure at 120 psi, informed customer her PRV had failed and would also need to be replaced in order to keep the warranty on the water heater and make the plumbing system safer. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Installed new water heater, expansion tank, pan and a new shutoff. Installed new PRV and set to 60 psi. Turned water and gas back on to check for leaks and found no leaks. Fired up water heater. Water heater is fired up and working properly. Customer will have hot water in 45 minutes to an hour. No leaks upon departure
Called out for a customer supply toilet seat. Upon arrival customer also said her shower drain cover plate kept coming off the floor of the shower. For a courtesy I sealed caulked the cover plate so it can stay put. Told customer to give 12 hours to settle in and dry. Also stated to customer if it comes off again then we will need to remove and cut the pipe below the shower and add a new shower drain assembly for proper function. I went ahead and swapped out her toilet seat and hauled the old one with me. I also left her quotes for re working her thermal expansion tank and bringing it up to code with an addition to flush her gas 40 Gallon water heater. Walked the customer through and showed her the finish work. Cleaned up work area and everything I did is functioning as it should.
Returned to install water service, water heater, and cast iron re pipe. Also added new frost proof hose bib before the PRV on side of house where we stubbed water service in.
Seth was very through, polite and professional. After evaluating the situation, he went over the details and explained what was needed to correct the problem.
Responded immediately and arrived within 10mins. Diagnosed and fixed the problem with the faucet for water hose. Highly recommended,
