Sewer Camera Inspections for Recurring Plumbing Problems
To find out what the specific issue is deep within your piping system, our plumbing technicians use sewer camera inspections in Doraville to identify potential clogs, structural concerns, and the condition of your entire piping system.
Sewer camera inspections are an important part of plumbing maintenance, especially if your pipes are near an old-growth tree that is causing frequent root intrusions. In those instances, hydro jetting is usually the best solution.
Professional Drain Cleaning for Stubborn Clogs
Our plumbers handle all minor and major clogs, and each calls for a different technique and tool. Minor drain cleaning in Doraville, from bathroom clogs caused by hair buildup and soap scum to kitchen clogs caused by food and grease, is usually resolved with high-powered augers.
For more involved clogs, hydro jetting is often the best solution – using high-pressure water down your pipes to cut through the gunk and effectively clean the walls of your pipes. As a clogged drain plumber in Doraville, Chen Plumbing recommends yearly hydro jetting for homes with old-growth trees. This is an important part of our plumbing maintenance inspections.

Homeowner states that they noticed a small leak coming from a 3/4 Tee above the GWH hot side and called us out to fix the issue. After arriving homeowner greeted me and showed me to the first floor where the GWH is located and I could see a small amount of water dripping from the tee. Gave homeowner a few solutions and he agreed to only fix the leak even tho I explained there would be NO WARRANTY due to the pressure fluctuating more than 20 psi which I explained that isn’t normal and he needs a new PRV as well as a new GWH 13 + years old. He opted to only fix the tee and understands the risk and that we are not held liable for any damage caused by water due to the pressure fluctuating. I turned off the water at the meter and removed the section where the tee was placed and used 2 slip couplings and 1 stop coupling and a new tee. Once I pressed it together I turned on the water and it works properly no leaks or issues and homeowner is satisfied with the service provided.
