After digging by the shutoff noticed pvc piping in the ground. Informed customer the leak was most likely under the driveway and we would need to bust the concrete up to find it and repair it. Also gave customer option to replace the entire line including the inside piping that was necessary to connect back to the PRV.

CUSTOMER is all set to use their tub shower combo as they wish. Water pressure is inaccurate. Their water heater is from 2014. It’s gonna need to be replaced at some point. No further issues at this moment customer paid via check.
