We have identified an issue with the sewer line near the foundation wall. Our proposed work include excavation up to 5 feet deep to access and replace damage section of pipe, extending the 10 feet from the foundation wall. While the pipe is cut and accessible, we will perform a camera inspection of the remaining line leading to septic tank to assess its overall condition. We will also install to clean out one leading into the house and one leading out to the septic tank. This repair serves as a next step in the repair process, and does not guarantee a permanent resolution. Should additional issues be present beyond the identified area, further repairs may be necessary. Please note that we are not responsible for the restoration or repair of the landscaping disturb during excavation. Performed work mentioned above after we receive approval with estimate, line had two major issues within 10 feet of foundation wall. Inform customer that line was filling into hole from inlet side of

Homeowner states that he noticed water running down the sidewalk from his front yard and called us out to fix the issue. Upon arrival homeowner greeted me in front yard and showed me the water and where he thinks it’s coming from the yard. I also did my inspection and found that the PRV isn’t working the GWH is 14+ years old and there is a broken CPVC condensation pipe broken and leaking into the foundation that needs to be fixed but homeowner only wanted the main water line fixed. After he agreed to do the repair I began by digging up the yard where it most likely could be and I had to cut a lot of tree roots and I found it coming from a section that a rock was rubbing the line until it caused it to leak. I then removed the dirt around it and used a McDonald compression coupling for 1 inch pipe and tightened it down. Once it was set in I turned on the water and waited for a few minutes and no leaks or issues were found. Homeowner is satisfied with the service provided.
