I was referred to Tim Chen by a very reputable source. My expectations were exceeded, and that was without the opportunity to work with Tim. He has built Chen Plumbing into an amazing company. Shawn is the master plumber to assist my water in the wrong place situation. Shawn Bush was knowledgeable, personable, passionate about his work and genuine with his recommendations on what made sense immediately and for consideration in the future. Shawn was trained directly by Tim Chen—he shared that proudly with me and I saw the result of true employee satisfaction. I am very excited about my shiny new pipes—they were worth every penny because the experience was good and I have peace of mind.
