Recommended a smoke test to check for any underlying issues not visible. Left estimate. Also checked stove for gas smell. Did not notice a gas smell but noticed the exhaust for the over was creating a burnt smell. Recommended turning on vent to air out smell, gas line has no leaks going to stove. Checked water heater and pressure. Heater is a tankless and from 2005 and pressure is nearing 75psi. Left estimate to replace tankless heater and pressure regulator in future time.

Dunwoody, GA - Came out for a toilet leaking from the base. Arrived on site and met with staff. We were directed to the only bathroom in the building. They had a pressure assist toilet that they said one of the employees noted water around the toilet when they used it this morning. Arrived and flushed the toilet multiple times with the staff member present. Found no sign of any water coming out. Toilet is caulked at the base. Notified point of contact with our findings and gave quote to pull and reset the toilet, and inspect the flange. They stated that due to the toilet not actively leaking while we were here, they do not wish to do anything with the toilet at this time. I recommended they call back if the issue returns or get a picture/video of whatever they noticed previously. No further issue at this time.
