Customer got pvc pipe and valve is cracked for the irrigation system and water is off when I arrived , discussed with customer since customer do not use irrigation system, we capped off irrigation system and get water back on to the home.

Client called us out due to their 2 yr old electric water heater tripping the breaker. There are only 2 things that can fail on electric water heaters, which are thermostats and elements. It is always recommended to rebuild both sets that to try to figure out which if not both is the issue. We drained the water heater and then removed the old thermostats and elements. Installed the new set and filled back up. Got air out and turned breaker on. Water heater seems to be operating as it should be. 1 yr warranty Home water pressure good at 65 psi.

The old unit was stuck to its mounting bracket and I had to cut the whole mounting bracket off to get old disposal off. We replaced the failed disposal with new badger 1/2 hp garbage disposal with plug in adapter and reconnected to drain. Tested, no issues. We also unclogged clients master bathroom ptrap drain as courtesy since we did this other work. 1 yr labor warranty

Upon arrival customer stated they need help identifying plumbing pipes. Price is including in running new waters for hot and cold to vanity, shower, and toilet. Water lines for vanity and toilet will come with new shutoff valves and supply lines. Shower will be stubbed drain will be stubbed up out of concrete till customer has pan and everything picked out. We will installed new flange once flooring is put down. Vanity will come with new drain. We will also be installing a sewage ejection pump and tying the vent and ejection side of pump out to main sewer line in basement ceiling. We will install new shower valve.

Fixed gas line issue at Thompson home today. Line had corroded near water heater connection point - dangerous situation! Shut off main supply immediately. Replaced damaged section with new code-compliant piping. Pressure tested entire system at 15 PSI for 30 mins - holding strong, zero leaks.
