Upon arrival customer stated the master bathroom was leaking into the garage. I had tenant run water in the bathroom and I was not able to get anything to leak. After further examination I found if water got where the tub spout and handles are for the hot and cold water that the water was under them and leaking into the garage. I informed the customer and customer stated to ask the tenant to try there best not to get water on them so it did not leak into the garage.
I returned today to install new water service. I dug two hole one by the house and one by the meter. Then I trenched both holes together and ran the new water line. I installed a new ball valve with a meter box. I also installed a new prv and set the pressure to 65 psi. Tested system and system is working properly with no leaks or issues.
