Customer was provided estimates for replacement of the existing 50 gallon gas water heater, PRV, front hose bib, recirculation pump, and shower valve. Customer approved all recommended work. Replace existing 50 gas water heater in brought installation up to current code. Also replace recirculation pump serving the water heater. Due to the existing PRV being inaccessible within crawlspace, we excavated near the water meter and installed a new meter box to provide proper access for the new PRV. Also, we installed a new front hose bib in crawlspace area. Replace existing shower valve with a new Moen positive temp valve for future service ability. We did have to cut sheet rock but informed customer and customer approved access panel be installed. All completed work was tested thoroughly. No leaks were observed, everything is working upon departure.
