Customer choose to do thermal expansion tank replacement option at this time. Shut off water to home and drained system. Removed old thermal expansion tank. Installed new thermal expansion tank and tested for proper operation

upon arrival, customer stated leak on water service. After doing a check inside home and shutting off main valve determined leak was before main valve back to meter. Due to location of line and age. suggested to replace line to remove line from underneath slab and to fix leak. After approval, return to start water service trench from meter under driveway with a bore to side of house drilled down to stub in new water service then ran inside piping to existing location of Main. Also installed new main valve and PRV as a part of pricing. After waterline was connected, checked for leaks and backfilled trench to best of ability. Pressure is now set at 60.
