11 drop lines total. Cut out drywall in multiple parts of the house. Disconnected all cold polybutelene lines under the slab. Drilled up into attic and ran new pex lines across attic, dropped down into walls. Insulated all pex piping I installed in the attic. Stubbed pex back out into cabinets with new stop valves or tied back into existing fixtures. Replaced hose bibs on both sides of the house. Pressurized house to ensure a leak free install. Meter no longer constantly spinning. Hot piping was already partially repiped by another company. Still some polybutelene at the fixtures and under the slab on the hot side. Sent property manager a text message notifying him of what I saw once the walls were open. No further issue at this time.
Left quotes to repipe cold piping through attic. Hot piping has already been replaced.
Toilet upstairs and downstairs running constantly. Failed PRV cause water pressure to run too high. Rebuilt both toilets, only charged for 1. Replaced PRV in crawlspace. Water heater needs expansion tank, stop valve for upstairs toilet not holding back water, right side of kitchen sink basket strainer is leaking. Left quotes for these issues, but did not repair today. Tested repairs to ensure proper function and leak free installation. 1 year warranty on toilet rebuilds and PRV.
