Job Locations and Reviews
Water leak in yard upon arrival. Customer stated they noticed water running down the yard and drive way. After digging up the yard found 3/4 black poly line leaking. Informed customer we could repair the line. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Cut out bad section of black poly line and replaced with pex. Turned water on to check for leaks and found no leaks. No leaks upon departure
Diagnosed leaking hose bib. Shut off water and disassembled hose bib. Found hose bib not repairable. Removed access panel on backside of wall in garage and cut out old hose bib. Installed new hose bib and connected to existing line. Tested new hose bib for proper operation and leaks. No leaks found after work completed and cleaned work space Left estimates for new water heater and pressure regulator
Customer had a sink that was backing up into the dishwasher from the garbage disposal connection to the diswasher drain. Gave customer option to unjam disposal, as well as to run a snake if unjamming the disposal didn’t work. Made customer aware there is no warranty on clogged pipes or fixtures. Unjammed the disposal, tightened the collar, and added a loop to the dishwasher drain. Attached a video to the ticket of the sink draining properly without backing up into the dishwasher. The diswasher seemed to be struggling to pump. If there are additional issues with the dishwasher pumping water out, an appliance company is recommended to inspect the dishwasher.
