Installed new 40-gallon Rheem water heater for Martinez family. Old unit was 12 years old and leaking from bottom. Set up proper expansion tank and updated drain pan with direct line to floor drain. Made sure T&P valve was correctly installed and tested. Updated gas line connection with flexible code-approved connector. Showed customer how to adjust temperature settings and explained annual maintenance needs. Clean installation with no complications.

We completed a water leak repair for a customer. The leak was located in the kitchen and was caused by a faulty pipe. Once the issue was found it was quickly repaired. The customer was thankful for the service.
