Job Locations and Reviews
Returned due to toilet leaking still. Customer stated the water level in the bowl was dropping when the toilet was not used. Informed customer this could possibly be caused by a cracked toilet in the trap. Informed customer we could replace the toilet, informed customer since we were out 3 months ago to pull and reset the toilet we would do the upstairs toilets as a courtesy with no warranty. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Supplied and installed toilet, set with new wax ring, we had to use shims due to the tile being unlevel in the bathroom. Toilet is not leaking when flushed and didn’t notice a drop in water level in the bowl. Informed customer if the issue happens again the last thing we can do is replace the flange. Rebuilt both toilets upstairs as a courtesy. The kids toilet is now working properly. The master toilet, recommend customer replace toilet due to age, the toilet is allowing water to bypass even with a new 3 inch flapper installed. Customer is going
Chrome p trap was cracked and leaking, faucet water was shut off as the faucet was constantly running when turned on. They had a similar issue the last time I was here. Swapped out the faucet and p trap. Tested to ensure proper function and a leak free installation. No further issue at this time.
Customer stated that copper pipe was dripping into laundry room. Found pinhole leak on copper pipe and gave customer options on repairs. Shut water off to home. Cut out section of copper pipe and replaced with new copper piping. Turned water back onto home and tested. No leaks were pressed at this time. Cleaned up work area.

Chen Plumbing was incredibly professional from start to finish. From my first call, to updates about service time, and to Braulio taking care of us. Our issue was resolved quickly and the work is high quality. I’ll be using them again for any future plumbing needs without hesitation.
Two brothers came out and tag teamed our plumbing issues over a period of a couple of days. Both very pleasant and highly competent. Definitely would use them again.
