Water Heater Repair & Replacement Services
Our water heater services include installation, repair, and maintenance for both traditional tank and tankless water heaters throughout Norcross.
Routine maintenance removes sediment caused by Georgia's hard water, helping your water heater operate more efficiently, extend its lifespan, and lower energy costs. If your system is over 10 years old or no longer provides reliable hot water, our technicians will evaluate its condition and recommend whether repair or replacement offers the best long-term value.
Sewer Line Repair, Replacement & Inspection
Slow drains throughout your home, gurgling toilets, or recurring sewage backups often indicate a problem with your main sewer line.
Chen Plumbing understands how mature tree roots, aging clay sewer pipes, and Georgia's shifting red clay soil can damage underground plumbing over time. We use sewer camera inspections to accurately locate the problem before performing minimally invasive sewer repair or replacement solutions that protect your property while restoring dependable drainage.
Drain Cleaning & Clog Removal Solutions
Our professional drain cleaning services eliminate stubborn clogs and restore proper flow throughout your plumbing system. We inspect the affected drain, locate the blockage, and use professional equipment such as drain augers or hydro jetting to remove buildup completely.
Whether you're dealing with a routine clog or a more serious blockage, our team has the experience and equipment to solve the problem effectively.
Emergency Plumbing Services When You Need Help Fast
When frozen pipes burst during a Georgia cold snap or your sewer line fails unexpectedly, Chen Plumbing is available with 24/7 emergency plumbing services. Our technicians respond quickly to locate the problem, minimize damage, and restore your plumbing system as soon as possible.
Plumbing Inspections to Prevent Costly Repairs
Our plumbing inspection services help identify developing issues before they become expensive emergencies.
During an inspection, we evaluate your pipes, drains, fixtures, and water pressure to detect leaks, worn components, or other developing problems. Routine annual inspections help extend the life of your plumbing system while reducing the risk of unexpected breakdowns.

Upon arrival customer stated kitchen sink was clogged. After evaluation noticed sink was clogged p-trap assembly and basket strainer was also leaking. Gave customer estimate to replace basket strainer p-trap and to run drain machine. Customer approved estimate. Replaced p-trap assembly and basket strainer and ran snake from underneath sink. After multiple attempts of using the drain machine I informed the customer we would need to move forward with jetting to clear the line. Customer approved moving forward with the jetter so we jetted from vent stack and also jetted from clean out in downstairs bedroom. After clearing line and running camera we noticed 5-10ft belly underneath the slab. Kitchen sink in draining and no leaks upon departure. This is a temporary fix gave customer ball park price of 7,800-9,200 to fix the belly the price he paid today will go towards this job if moved forward with within 7 days.

Marcos is a very knowledgeable technician. He found out the water leak is caused by drain valve instead of water heater itself, that saved me a lot of money. He did an excellent service. Highly recommended! Five Stars.

Matthew delivered great service and Chen Plumbing did a honest, fantastic job at a reasonable price.
Mr. Chen did a good job on replacing my garbage disposal today. He checked on my water pressure and hot water tank that need to be replaced and told him I will let him do that for me in a couple of months. He was friendly and very knowledgeable on his job. And most of all he was up front on the price and gave me a good discount. I would highly recommend his company for future repairs.
