Upon arrival, customer stated smell on opposite end of house where we previously fixed smell issue. In master bath gave quotes for repairs after approval pulled toilet informed customer flange was slightly low. If issue does not resolve after pulling toilet suggest replacing flange from below in order to properly secure, toilet after resetting toilet, toilet and checked for tightness. Also flush several times. Found to be leaking and replaced. Also ordered parts will return when parts arrived to install.
Came out for a clogged kitchen sink. Building is a commercial warehouse. Kitchen sink is in the customer waiting room. There is another kitchen sink that is connected to the same kitchen sink drain via an under sink pump basin. Neither sinks were draining, and water is building up in customer break room sink. We removed p trap and snaked the drain multiple times but could not restore flow. Notified maintenance employee Tyler and received approval to open the walls in the bathroom, and made sure he was aware we do not repair the walls after. Found the 2” stack inside the wall that the sinks connect to. Cut an access point into the drain and snaked the drain further. Ran camera down the drain and found the water was now draining down, but there are piles and piles of coffee grounds built up in the drain which we were able to take a picture of. Snake is passing through the grounds and clearing the water out but no way to get the grounds to clear. Will be returning tomorrow with a hydro je
