Main line blockage upon arrival. Customer stated last night they noticed the basement bathroom was flooding due to the main line having a blockage. Customer has a basement cleanout informed customer we could run the camera and if the blockage was able to be reached we would run our cable. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Ran camera and found blockage a 147 ft out. Informed customer we would need to run the jettor due to how far the blockage was out. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Ran jetter all the way to city’s tap and cleared the line. Allowed water hose to run down the line for 10 minutes. Ran camera and line is clear all the way to the city manhole. Line is clear and no longer backing up at departure
