Returned and replaced prv with new prv. Replaced thermal expansion tank, filled to 60 psi, and strapped it to the ceiling. Turned water back on and set pressure to 60 psi. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks. None were found. Let customer know small air and discoloration may occur since water was turned off. This is normal and to be expected.

Customer had to replace the Ptrap for shower below the floor. A previous leak that had been repaired left a hold in ceiling in the living room. Due to perhaps settling, the Ptrap was lower that the level needed to put the drywall back. Cut out Ptrap and replaced with new pipe. Tested the new trap thoroughly by running water with customer to ensure no additional leaks were present. None were found.

Customer had two separate leaks that another contractor came out to repair and patch drywall/wood subfloor. Contractor had recommended having all piping to the bathrooms replaced. Upon arrival and inspection, found the water lines below to be copper and the drain lines to be pvc. Informed the customer that these are repairable pipes and doesn’t need a full replacement. Ran water in both tubs and couldn’t recreate leaks due to the leaks already being temporarily repaired and covered back. Informed customer that the leaks can’t be diagnosed without cutting drywall and additional diagnostics. Customer mentioned that contractor mentioned that the pressure was high. Pressure is at 110 psi. Left quote to replace the prv and thermal expansion tank. Customer declined doing work at this time due to other things needing to happen with the house and in the right order. Customer wanted the water damage assessed also. Shower and toilet backing up upon arrival. Shower upstairs backed up when I ran water instantly. Also flushed downstairs toilet and started backing up. Gave customer estimate to clear shower drain and toilet. Customer approved estimate. Ran toilet auger and cleared toilet, ran little flex shaft down shower drain and cleared shower. Tested all systems, systems are working with no leaks or issues.

Customer had American Standard toilet that needed a reinstall after flooring was done. The previous flange was level with the floor, had cracks on the lead arm where it folded, and wasn’t secured to the floor. Replaced the flange and secured properly to the floor. Customer also has dripping, three handle American Standard tub and shower valve. Ordered parts for the shower repair and replaced the trip lever and put a bead of caulk over tile crack in tub as a courtesy.

We performed whole house air pressure test on gas system to test for leaks . We found two small leaks . One on gas valve feeding furnace and one leak on old gas line feeding stove that’s capped . We capped entires line in mechanical room . We then filled lines up again with air to ensure there are no other gas leaks . Pressure held at 15psi so we reconnected meter and filled system back up with gas. Water heater and furnace were lit back up before leaving
