Minor toilet rebuild For this job, I came out to see Mr. Reid‘s house to take a look at an issue with a toilet constantly running the inside needed to be rebuilt and replaced so therefore, I recommended to do a minor toilet tank rebuild. Mr. Reed signed off on it and we got to work replaced the fill valve flapper on the supply line to complete the project once everything was replaced the toilet fills up normally there’s no issues with the fill valve and the flapper supply line is in order with no leaks. Additionally, the water pressure is fine. Mr. Reed doesn’t want to replace the toilet at this time and they are all set.

Review
I was impressed with the ongoing communication and the consideration for my safety by sending me the identification and photo of the service provider before he arrived. They were very clear about their process which involves a free visit and check of the problem, the pricing showing best case and worst case scenarios and ensuring my approval before any work was done.. Cody was extremely knowledgeable about the work that was needed and different options that might be necessary for completing the job and was very considerate in moving about my home as he worked. Im a very happy customer!
