Minor toilet rebuild For this job, I came out to see Mr. Reid‘s house to take a look at an issue with a toilet constantly running the inside needed to be rebuilt and replaced so therefore, I recommended to do a minor toilet tank rebuild. Mr. Reed signed off on it and we got to work replaced the fill valve flapper on the supply line to complete the project once everything was replaced the toilet fills up normally there’s no issues with the fill valve and the flapper supply line is in order with no leaks. Additionally, the water pressure is fine. Mr. Reed doesn’t want to replace the toilet at this time and they are all set.

Shane Silva with Chen Plumbing was outstanding! He investigated the mysterious source of a water leak in our home until he actually found a heretofore unknown open space behind a paneled wall as well as an entrance to it. His perseverance was totally unexpected, his knowledge was amazing, and his work ethic incomparable. Its a pleasure to highly recommend Shane and Chen Plumbing.
