Job Locations and Reviews

Kitchen sink backed up upon arrival. Customer stated they noticed this morning the kitchen sink wasn’t draining properly. Informed customer we could attempt to clear the blockage using our cable. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Ran cable out 25 feet and cleared the blockage. Filled up both sides of the sink multiple times and it was no longer backing up. Informed customer the way the drain is currently done does not allow the sink to drain when both sides are filled up due to there being no vent. Left customer with estimate to rework the drain properly. Sink is draining properly and no leaks at departure

Victor was an absolute lifesaver before he was even hired. I ran into a construction site he was working to get help turning off water at a house 2 doors down. He didn't even hesitate to army crawl under the house to find the shut off. I called Chen Plumbing with hopes they could do the work to repair the burst pipe. His quick action saved thousands of dollars of water damage. I'm so fortunate he was available the same day to come finish up the job. He even helped me find the water meter that was buried underground.

Matthew did a great job. It was more complicated than anticipated because of the constraints of the cabinetry where a water line had to be added and the ice maker was to be installed. He was friendly and efficient, got the ice maker to work, and he cleaned up after himself. I have used Chen plumbing several times and have been impressed each time. Highly recommend them.

I cannot recall a more pleasant experience with a plumber or plumbing company. First Chen Plumbing's staff were so nice on the phone and called back to confirm when their plumber would be arriving. Matthew arrived on time and with a smile. I had a small job to do, but Matthew knew exactly what needed to be done and fixed it right away.
