Kitchen sink backed up upon arrival. Customer stated they noticed this morning the kitchen sink wasn’t draining properly. Informed customer we could attempt to clear the blockage using our cable. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Ran cable out 25 feet and cleared the blockage. Filled up both sides of the sink multiple times and it was no longer backing up. Informed customer the way the drain is currently done does not allow the sink to drain when both sides are filled up due to there being no vent. Left customer with estimate to rework the drain properly. Sink is draining properly and no leaks at departure

Excellent service

Cody with Chen Plumbing arrived promptly to replace our kitchen faucet, and to evaluate water leaks under the sink and in a toilet. He gave a fair estimate prior to starting work.He was professional and well mannered. When parts of the faucet were found to be defective, he waited during the two trips to Lowes to return and replace with a new faucet kit. Cody was pleasant in spite of the delays. His work was top notch, both the faucet installation and leak repairs. We would look to Chen Plumbing if a plumber was needed again, and recommend Cody and Chen Plumbing for any plumbing work.
