Upon arrival, the customer stated that they were experiencing an unpleasant odor coming from the backyard area near the existing gray water tanks. After discussing the customer's concerns and evaluating the existing drainage setup, discussed a potential solution to eliminate the use of the existing gray water tanks and redirect the wastewater into the home's main sewer system. Recommended rerouting the existing drain lines currently discharging into the gray water tanks and tying them directly into the main sewer line. The proposed work would also include properly capping off the existing gray water tanks once the drain lines have been disconnected and rerouted.
