Ran all plumbing fixtures in the master bath, including toilet shower tub and lavatory faucet so no indication of leaking below spoke with customer and found that daily baths are taken in the master bath, filled the tub and found a leak from union on jetted tub. Recommended having a general contractor come and replace the tub. Or, call manufacturer and see if any service techs are available for it. No additional leaks were found at this time.

This customer this they have a Roman tub faucet, the master bathroom that the cartridge is completely stripped out with the tool. The customer tried removing the cartridge, however, was unsuccessful and stripped out the cartridge. I recommended that we go ahead and replace it with a brand new valve and a Roman cartridge will have to remove the fiberglass panel in order to access the Roman tub valve, water pressure is at 75 pounds. They’re gonna need a water pressure reducing valve replaced at some point in addition to that their water heater is from 2006 and I highly recommend them to get that replaced as well. The customer will decide on what they wanna do. They also have a shut off valve for the rear hose bib that is leaking turned on recommended to get that replaced as well. The customer will be ordering a new faucet, but they will call us back to schedule when they would like to work done.
