Tankless leaking and not heating upon arrival. Customer stated this tankless was “3 years old” and has been giving her issues ever since it was installed. After checking the tankless informed customer the tankless was actually 15 years old. At this point we would no longer offer repairs due to not know the history on the tankless. Informed customer we could replace the tankless. Gave customer estimate, customer declined estimate
Came out and quoted for replacing two liberty pumps and two alarms and wanting to install ball valve and check valve for each pump. Pumps are on back order 4 to 6 weeks. Let customer know customer wants “email to him emailed customer the quote.

There was no mess when he was finished and he explained everything that he needed to do and the cost of the job.
