Replacement of 1/3 hp garbage disposal
Upon arrival customer had a couple of issues one of them being second level shower bathtub was draining correct. Ran 20 feet of snake drain to clear up a residue in the tub drain line. It’s now flowing as should. Secondly, her husband‘s master shower wasn’t getting enough hot water since the cartridge was replaced by Shawn in July 2026. Removed shower plate and adjusted temperature and is now getting hot steamy water. Also customer wanted to do a tankless flush on her In law suite. Flush tankless with haymaker for 50 minutes and it was in pretty good condition connected the tankless back and ran water for 15 minutes to get the residue out of the internals of the tankless. Customer now has hot water flowing through her in law suite. Customer wanted to see if I can do a minor repair on her lavatory faucet and her laundry room gave quote for that but removed it cause I suggested for her to get a new faucet and she will call us back out to install that everything’s working, as should. Win with Chen For this job, I came out to take a look at an issue with low pressure at the kitchen sink faucet and no water coming out of the hose bibs in the backyard. The issue at hand for the hose bib is the packing nut for the frostproof Silcox somehow frozen shut water is on them however water wasn’t coming out of them, so therefore I evaluated the system of what needed to be fixed and nothing needs to be fixed the so Cox outside or on a delay from when the water comes out due to the fact that they are frost proof. Additionally, the kitchen sink faucet needs to be either replaced or the aerator needs to be reinstalled with a brand new one. However I recommended to replace the kitchen sink faucet with either a premium grade from us or a CUSTOMER supply kitchen sink faucet additionally, the pressure reducing valve appeared to be fine based off the water pressure inside the home, but after doing a drop test, the PSI went down 25 when a toilet was flushed, indicating in a faulty And o

With 12 years of diversified experience, he was very personable, explained how he would execute the repair and worked with confidence in completing the repair quickly. He tested the solution and documented the before/after plumbing. He also surveyed the environment ensuring there were no pending problems. The work area was in a very congested crawl space but Cody never complained about it, and was proud of the work completed showing me pictures for my records. My family will be using Chen for all future needs and remodeling and we're recommending Cody and Chen to our homeowners source book. A very satisfying experience and Suzanne provided confirmation of the appointment and updates on the arrival of the technician. This is a well seasoned company with superior customer service and workmanship. A great find!

The plumber explained everything he was doing and did it well. There were way too many texts and phone calls which was annoying. Chen Plumbing clean up has been excellent in the past. I had to clean the shower and the bathroom door.
