Job Locations and Reviews
Diagnosed mark on ceiling in master bathroom. Stain is very small area long exterior wall. Went up into attic space and checked for leaks. Only thing above area is vent. Checked vent and all fittings are glued and do not see any streaks on the pvc to indicate leaks. Recommended tracing stain to see if it grows after heavy storm or rain, possibly could be a poor glue joint that has failed or roof flashing around the vent. If area gets bigger will return to take next step of replacing section or piping to see if that resolves the issue unless issue is with roof flashing, roof has been replaced recently. Could also be old stain from previous roof leak that hasn’t been noticed until now. No repairs made today
Upon arrival, customer states they believe they’re experiencing a leak in upstairs bathroom. After inspection, noticed no leak. Spots customers concerned with looks like paint. Inform customer we could open up ceiling. Customer states she will hold off.
Upon arrival, customer wanted quote to re caulk tub spout and kitchen sink. Customer approved estimate and went ahead and removed old caulking for both fixtures and set the new caulking in. Once I set the new caulking for the tub spout. I also informed Mr. hamburger tub spout will need adjusting to have a proper clean finish to tile. Also informed him that the caulking will need about 24 hours for it to be 100% settled in. Work area was cleaned on both fixtures.
We looked at so many things aside from the service call finding more repairs. Toilet upstairs running and I can’t stop it. Also, hand held shower is apart, so can I use the shower?
