Upon arrival, customer states they are searching for estimates to replace 2 hp sewage grinder pump. Provided customer estimate to replace pump. Customer states he will have to talk to his VP to get approval. Informed customer we could get pump and install tomorrow.
Upon arrival, the customer expressed interest in upgrading the existing tankless water heater system to a dual-tankless configuration and having an additional sewage ejection pump and basin installed. After evaluating the existing setup and discussing the customer's goals, several options and recommendations were provided regarding both the hot-water system and sewage ejection system. Regarding the tankless water heater, explained that if the customer wished to proceed with a dual-unit configuration, I would not recommend reusing the existing tankless water heater due to its age and lack of documented service history. Recommended either replacing the existing unit with two new tankless water heaters to create a complete dual-unit system or installing one new tankless water heater as an alternative. Explained that a single properly sized tankless unit should be sufficient to meet the home's typical hot-water demands, depending on simultaneous usage and incoming water temperature. Howev
Replace water service line from meter to home Replace 60 feet Cut a little bit of brick in the front of the meter Bore under the side walk Bore under the drive way Approximately one month ago, we visited the property to provide an estimate for replacing the water service line after discovering a leak in the existing blue poly line near the water meter. Due to the location of the leak and the condition of the existing line, we recommended replacing the entire water service line from the meter to the house. To complete the installation, we bored underneath the driveway and sidewalk, hand-dug beneath the porch, and trenched through the grassy area to establish the new service line route. We then installed a new water service line from the meter to the house, added a new quarter-turn ball valve downstream of the meter, and installed a new 6-inch round meter box. A portion of the brickwork had to be removed to complete the installation. The removed bricks have been left near the tree
