Upon arrival, customer stated she is experiencing a backup. After inspection, found clean out in basement. Pop clean out, clean out is not holding any water. Informed customer blockage is somewhere between cleanout and bathrooms. Informed customer I can run drain machine back through clean out and attempt to clear blockage. Customer approved estimate. Ran drain machine approximately 25 to 30 foot, cleared blockage. Blockage was caused by wet wipes. Also found leak coming from cast-iron combo wye, provided customer with estimate to re-pipe both bathrooms from cast-iron to PVC. Re-pipe will include two new closet flanges, tying onto existing tub and shower and vent and vanity. Customer signed up for Win With Chen!
Customer wanted to wait before having work performed
Upon arrival, customer stated he recently had a leak. We came out a couple months ago, and capped line. Now restoration has been made, customer needs leak repaired, and new stops installed. Customer approved estimate. Cut half-inch copper lines in basement, brand new copper lines and new quarter turn stops. No leaks at departure. Water is on to home.
Our pipe burst due to the freezing weather and flooded our basement. Tim came out at 10pm and fixed the problem in under 1 hour. He saved the day!! Thank you so much.
