Diagnosed leak in ceiling. Customer states he noticed leak after switching ac from cool to heat. Also has marked around stained area. Appears that leak has not gotten and larger and bathroom above has no evidence of leaks. Recommended monitoring area and next step to figure out if there is an issue would be to cut open a section of ceiling and do further inspection. Also checked heater and pressure regulator, both are very old and experiencing wear. Left estimates for new water heater and new pressure regulator with shut off valve.
